Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The response from DrK** is inaccurate and misleading as to the services he provided and the care he failed and refused to provideI am out of town at the moment and would like the opportunity to provide documentation that will show I went to my regular dentist for a root canal only after Dr K** ignored all my attempts to communicate with him.
Please keep my request to mediate my concern open so I can provide a detailed response when I am home and figure out how to share documents in this system
