I received your complaint today, which was dated August I have read the complaint by *** ***. It was very difficult to find any statement she alleged as true! When her file was sent to this office for collection on 2/6/2015, she had not paid any of her homeowner's association dues
or late fees for more than yearsIt took years to collect her delinquent assessments and late feesDuring the two year period she made numerous promises for payment and did not pay as agreedI waived a great deal of our lien and legal fees based on the promise SHE made to me to pay the balance by the end of I told her if she failed to pay before the end of the year all the fees that were previously waived would be added back into the sum she owed. It is true we did not return her phone callsThe reason is explained in a copy of a letter which was sent to her on 12/1/She illegally recorded calls with this office without informing us she was recording the phone callsIf she were to play any of those recordings, they would prove her statements are falseHer statement that she had no experience with court documents or proceedings is also falseIt is a matter of public record, so I can share, this office has sued her before. She failed to file an answer to the complaint and her default has been takenShe knows the process
