I am rejecting this response...

because: My Complaint still has not been resolved. No one from SonoBello has been trying to contact me, the procedure was definitely NOT a success and no one has been returning my calls from SonoBello what so ever.   After at least fifteen calls and leaving messages to SonoBello, I spoke to Angela S[redacted] (Manager) who kept telling me that a Consultant would call me back.  No one called me back.  I am continuing to dispute a refund of 10,000.00. Sincerely,

Thank you for sharing your concerns. All of our patients sign an extensive financial agreement that is highlighted and in bold where it disclosing our cancellation policies and fees. Those passages require a separate initial in the hopes to clearly line out a patients financial obligations...

We have left several messages for this customer in an attempt to address their concerns. Our records indicate that a successful procedure was performed so it is paramount that she contact us so we can work on resolving her concerns.
