Review: Stephens Electrical Company LLC came out to our home on 3/25/2015 per my call. The purpose of the call was to analyze (in one hr if possible) why our front lamp post on our front lawn was no working. The rate to come to our home is $120.00 per hour. Our front porch lights were always working since we moved in to this home.

After 1 hr. Mr. [redacted] and a co-worker somehow (from a box in our basement--- not the main fuse box) connected the wires to the already working front porch lights to the front lamp post on the lawn. I was thrilled that everything was working and paid him the requested $120.00. he provided me with an email receipt. The work was for 1 hrs work.

A few days later,-- (3/27) all of the porch lights and the front lawn lamp post (which were now all connected from Mr. [redacted] work on 3/25/15) would not go on when I turned on the switch. Since then, we have no working front porch lights (we have always had them since we have moved in and we have also do not have a working lamp post on the lawn.Desired Settlement: Desired Outcome.

Both my husband and I have attempted to make phone and email contact with Stephens Electrical company, LLC since within 2 or 3 days of the initial service date- 3/25/ 15. currently, we have no porch lights and no lamp post working on the front lawn. At the very least, we think it is more than reasonable for Mr. [redacted] to return to our home at no cost to restore the front porch lights which have always worked since we moved into our home. We gave him $120 to do the analysis and to give us a quote for the work required to get the front lawn lamp post working. With my first contact to Mr. [redacted] (when none of the lights worked a couple days after his 3/25 service) Mr. [redacted] said that I would need to pay another $120 for him to return to our house (and $120, every hour there after) to reverse what he had done to hook up the front lawn lamp post and to reinstate the working of our porch lights.
