Review: I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the listed price for the vehicle was $15,004. The price that was quoted to me and was advised I was purchasing for was $15,000. I purchased the vehicle and noticed that the selling price of the vehicle listed on all of my paper work was $16,970. I have reached out to their finance representative [redacted] for over 2 months.

I showed proof of the advertised price, the quoted price and nothing has yet been done, and the situation has yet to be rectified. Almost a $2,000 is a lot of money especially when you have a car note to consider. The finance price with my $2,000 down and $500 for my trade should have been $12,500 plus any other fees such as gap insurance , which would have brought the purchase price back to around $15,000.

I am bringing it to the attention of the Revdex.com as my request have been ignored and unanswered and I am requesting that I get a answer as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I am hoping that I can get this mattered settled, whether it be calling the bank of where I am financed through and having that amount to be applied to my principle balance or have a check given to me so that I can apply that to my principle balance.

After reviewing this issue it was determined that an error was made and a check for the difference between the purchase price and the advertised price was drawn in the amount of $1761.00 on May 6th and mailed May 8th to [redacted].

Review: Ford announced a recall due to a problem with the throttle body and said to apply through your dealer for a refund if the repair was already done. The repair had already been done at Stevens Ford; so on April 23, 2013, I applied for the refund with [redacted]s, service manager of Stevens Ford, personally. Mr. [redacted] assured me I would get the refund as per the notice, and that he would take care of it. He said it might take a couple of months. I called Mr. [redacted] at Stevens Ford twice in July asking for a status; I left him a message in his voicemail both times; neither call was returned. On August 13, 2013, I went to Stevens Ford for an oil change repair; at this time I spoke to Mr. [redacted] who assured me the full refund was pending and said he thought nearly four months was a little long, and that he would look into it and call me in a "day or two". But, Mr. [redacted] did not call as promised. On September 2, 2013, I sent an e-mail to Mr. [redacted] at his well-published e-mail address at Stevens Ford, requesting status on the refund check, asking him to respond. I did not receive a response from him, so on September 25, 2013, I sent Mr. [redacted] another e-mail, asking status; he did not respond to this e-mail either. On October 24, 2013, I called [redacted]s at Stevens Ford; once again I was forwarded to his phone by the receptionist, which went to voicemail. I left him a message. I called again late the next day, and talked to Mr[redacted]. He assured me that I would have the check the beginning of the next week (the week of October 28, 2013) and to call him October 28th. He said he could have the check delivered to me or that I could pick it up. I said "call me when you have the check in hand". I called Mr. [redacted] October 30, 2013 figuring I would give him a few days to cut the check, and left a message. He did not return this call. I called again on November 1, 2013, and left a message. Mr. [redacted] has not returned this call.Desired Settlement: A refund check for $848.58. Note: [redacted]s has told me three times over the last 7 months that I will get this check for this amount. It was supposed to take about two months; it has now been over 7 months. I have been patient and courteous, but this has not brought results. [redacted]s does not return phone calls or respond to e-mails.
