Awful experience. My vehicle wasn't done when they said it would be. They then gave me a new date that it would be finished and after sitting there for about 3 hours they then told me that it wouldn't be done that day either. After that fiasco they said that all the work was completed with the exception of them putting in my radio. I went to the shop on three different occasions only for them to unsuccessfully install the "new" radio into my car (long story). They never successfully installed the radio so I took it to a different shop and this was after they were unable to install the radio for a total of 5 months. After that disaster I decided to take my car to a trusted (nationwide approved) mechanic to install the radio and check out all of the work and he found multiple places where the shop cut corners or didn't do the work like they said they were going to. The mechanic described the work that was actually completed as cutting corners, cheap alternatives and requiring little time as well as effort. I would never recommend this shop to anyone for any work whatsoever. Horrendous experience.
I used to love pine forest auto, but lately the shop has gone downhill. I have been a loyal customer, but was treated terrible. My radiator was supposed to be fixed, but after a few months still had the same issue. Then I was billed for it even though it should have been covered under warranty. I also requested an oil change and that wasn't even done. The customer service was terrible and they like to sneak in extra charges like coolant flushes and other flushes. I don't recommend anybody go here.
