Revdex.com: [redacted] of Stevens Home Improvement is nothing more than a scam artist who is trying to convince the Revdex.com, that he is operating his business in a professional manner But that could not be further from the truthAll he is interested in is keeping his A+ Rating with the Revdex.com, that’s if I don't respond within daysSo I’m sending you a list of some paperworkSo you can judge for yourself on how this contractor conducts businessBy ignoring phone calls, letters and two court orders to appear in court, which he defaulted twice and which the court ordered him to pay me my $deposit, plus court costs of $50.00, plus interest of only $3.55, but of course he never didSo the court ordered a Capias arrest warrant to be served by a Deputy Sheriffs OfficeSo I went to the Deputy Sheriffs Office and I had to pay them $to arrest [redacted] and bring him to courtBut I was told by the Sheriff's Office that the Deputy Sheriff that covers that part of town, was Deputy Sheriff [redacted] ***, so now I had to call him to make an appointment for [redacted] to be arrestedHe gave me a Friday morning appointment of 6/17/for bring [redacted] to court and if he had arrested him he would call me to come into courtBut, Deputy Sheriff [redacted] claims he tried to make the arrest at Stevens Home Improvement Business on [redacted] **, but found the business to be vacant and since [redacted] lives in Rochester MA he could not arrest him, so Deputy Sheriff [redacted] decided to call [redacted] and told him that he needs to pay me and [redacted] told Deputy Sheriff [redacted] that he would, but he never didSo Deputy [redacted] felt he could do nothing moreReturned my copies to me and charged me $for doing nothing.So, if [redacted] is telling the Revdex.com, he is willing to pay me after owning me money for over a year, I’m sorry but I find it hard to believe.The cost of my deposit is $plus Court costs of $50.00, plus interest of $3.55, plus the cost of having the Sheriff Office serve a Copias which he could not complete, but still cost me $If his intentions are to pay me now then he can send me a check for the total cost which would be $to my mailing address which is [redacted] [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

first of all I dont agree with posting your complaint on [redacted] without two sides to the storyI told you I agreed with your frustration of the delayeven though your deposit was made in october there was no way of getting your house painted before winteryou understood and said to make you first for the spring You never asked for a refundYou changed the work order/contract to cedar impressions which cant be done in cold weatherwe had a terrible winter.? you were very pleased with the work and even requested additional work be donethe south side of the rear dormer with cedar impressions.my office is only mile from your house.....my doors were always open to you and I gave you my cell number.the providence job that you keep referring to started last october and is being finished next weekyes it was a very large and involved job[redacted] worked on that job also because he was recomended to the homeowner.as we told you we had a major problem locating an octagon window with wood on the interior which your husband is going to stainmatter of fact that window just came in and was delivered to your home earlier today.after the octagon window gets installed we have about hours to finish the rest of the sidingYou had told me and your husband that you were pleased.then you asked for our painter....who was tied up in providenceyou stated dont you have more than one painting crewI had [redacted] go there....you changed the color a few times which is ok....you told me you did not want [redacted] on the job because he looks homeless and he talks to much [redacted] was very offended? I have arranged [redacted] to do the painting on the three sides....and of course as soon as the window is stained that portion will be completed.you are disputing 9000.00?i would appreciate very much removing [redacted] comments unless you plan on posting my response.?

I am willing to provide mr [redacted] a return of his 600,deposit plus any small claims fees.please advise

the job was sold as stated by *** ***....I went to the site and made my notes etc for ordering the screen roomcustomers daughter wanted it to be completed in time to celebrate her moms birthday party november 1.the main concern that my designer had was that it was an aluminum framed screen room
on the oceani dont think it would last more than yearwith salt water, high winds, no protectionthe ocean is feet awaythe roof would act like a sail.when I mentioned the above facts she had stated that they had received multiple estimates and nobody had mentioned this.I asked the manufacturer about the situation and he agreed that it might not last because of the exposure.I offered a free upgrade to a room that would have removable glass siding windows but she had no interest in that because she wanted an open air screen room.I offered her a refund of her deposit4000.00i asked if she wanted me to mail it or drop it offshe said, no, she wanted it to given to her in person at my officeshe was going to come the following friday when she was in townshe never showed up so I was going to mail it but then I got this Revdex.com complainti thought that to be very odd so I gave this to my atty to draw up a release form for her to signi was being honest and not her waste 14,plus the offer of a free upgrade was generousi will call to sign the release forms and get her refund

when we were selling silverline windows we handled all complaints but since *** windows bought silverline, we were now forced to order repairs through fairhaven lumber.*** did this because many companies went out of business so this process was minimizedhomeowners can now order repairs
directly from fairhaven lumber.*** *** is now a sole distributor/wholesaler.*** is correct about the length of delay.*** can order from *** *** the sashes he needs so he is in better control and we will install them once they come in.ps...I have ordered the insulated glass that *** needs.pss, I had previously responded to this complaint and did not show.thank you
