These folks showed up when they said they would. Knowledgeable and courteous. Completed job in fair amount of time for a fair price. Would use them in future.

We have done a lot of business with Stevens Plumbing and have been very satisfied with their work. They have always been very professional and done everything we have asked.

Two Braeburn 1020 thermostats, which retail for about $35 each, cost me $576.91 once Steven's Plumbing and A/C got done ripping me off. I don't need to go into any more detail. Shame on me....now you've been warned.

I found Stevens Plumbing on line when my hot water line broke under the slab of our house. They came out located the leak and gave me the best option which was to bypass the line under the slab. They gave me a fair written estimate. While completing the work they found some unforeseen issues, however they still honored the initial estimate. Their employees were very professional informative and polite. There work was completed in a timely manner. I have already recommended them to others.

Efficient and reasonable cost. I have used them to tear out old plumbing and replace entire house. Most recently called for a new water heater.

I had slab concrete hot water leaks. They did amazing job in finding leak spots and by-pass. I have never expected that they could by pass in such small attic space. Their work was A+.

Review: On March 13 & 14, 2012 [redacted] Plumbing installed a new air conditioner and heating unit at our residence [redacted]. We put our house for sale in March, 2013 and it was sold. The buyers inspection report pointed out a roof truss that was cut and improperly patched. In order to sell the house I had [redacted] perform an inspection on the roof trusses. They found not only the cut truss but two other trusses damaged above the new heating unit in the attic. They determined the damage was done during installation of the heating unit. They drew up repair plans for the trusses and [redacted], LLC repaired the damaged trusses per engineers drawings on April 10, 2013.

I contacted [redacted] Plumbing by phone several times to request compensation for my costs to repair the damaged trusses. I faxed and sent by certified mail the engineers plans and invoice and the contractors invoice. The engineers plans and inspection cost $450.00. The contractors repairs also cost $450.00. I paid both amounts out of pocket prior to sale of the home. [redacted] Plumbing verbally said the would reimburse me for the cost. I was told they would pay me in two installments of $450.00. I received one check for $450.00 from [redacted] Plumbing on May 13, 2013. I requested via a fax memo on June 10, 2013 that they send the remaining $450.00. As of today I have not received the final compensation of $450.00.Desired Settlement: I would like the final check of $450.00 from [redacted] Plumbing to compensate me for out of pocket costs I incurred to repair damage to the roof trusses in my former residence.

I had a slab leak. the entire crew that was sent out to detect the leak and then repair the plumbing was awesome. I have built over 3500 homes and this crew greatly exceeded my expectations. They do great work, are clean, professional and efficient.

I had a heating and air conditioning unit replaced. The service was great and the price comparable to others. The workers were on time and worked all day. Completed the job on time and fixed all the previous problems. I will call them if I have any plumbing projects. Special thanks to [redacted]!

Called Stevens Plumbing for a leaky faucet. They quoted me a price over the phone, set up and appointment for the same morning. A couple of hours later, showed up, fixed the issue, and charged me what they said they were going to. Perfectly happy with the experience and the company. Its hard to find a company that is as honest and friendly and efficient.

I had a bit of a non-traditional problem, having to replace a hot water recirculating pump that had died. I contacted 4 or 5 companies, and Stevens stood head and shoulders above the rest in their efforts to help me. Some companies weren't interested, and some just threw sky high quotes as me for something that I had a pretty good idea what it should cost. I had a specific features I wanted in the new pump, and they kept at it in trying to find a hard to locate item. In the end, they didn't mind me saving even more money by ordering it myself at a cheaper price than they could get it for me, and then just charging me a reasonable flat rate to install it. They did an excellent job in a timely manner and stuck to their quote. I was very impressed.

Steven Plumbing provided very professional service. They quoted me a free price, arrived on schedule, and completed the job to my satisfaction. I was extremely impressed with the service person. He provided me details about the problem with my drain and gave some very useful advice for ongoing maintenance and trouble shooting problems in the future.

I would definitely use them again.
