Review: Supposed "certified" plumber cut off part of the coil in the refrigeration unit of our $2000 pool heater pump. He made several calls to the manufacturer for help. Did exactly what they told him NOT to. He admitted to both them and us he screwed up. Said he would take care of it. Company offered to sell us replacement at their cost. I offered to pay $300 and he would pay the other $900 plus shipping. He agreed then spent a week making excuses not to send them payment, then quit taking our calls. He is misrepresenting himself as licensed and insured by his business card which lists PA [redacted] as his number which is actually his dad's roofing business. The number on the card rings to his parents business and his mother told me when answering the call that he is not part of their business, she just takes calls for him. I ask repeatedly for his plumbers license number which he did not produce.Desired Settlement: Replacement of unit from authorized company. They offered a replacement unit at $1200. I offered to contribute if he settled this matter immediately but am no longer offering that help. He needs to replace the unit.
