Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowFrom: [redacted] [redacted] Date: Wed, Dec 16, at 9:AMSubject: Re: You have a new message from the Revdex.com of WisconsinTo: " [redacted] > Unfortunately Mr [redacted] is not being completely honest with me, there was no warranty offered to me when the car was purchased in fact I had asked about one and was told the warranty was expiredAt that point I asked what would happen if I left and something major has happened to the car the response I received was don't worry we we'll help you out, my witness will contest to that as wellI spent alot of time with the gentleman who sold me the vehicle every time I had it in to be looked at for one thing or another and he himself was surprised of the outrages prices they quoted me to fix the carMr [redacted] responded in his reply that all used vehicles are inspected for the LONG HAUL by their certified ASE techsIf I was told a LONG HAUL was to Amherst and back (about miles) I would have never purchased the vehicle from them knowing that their techs truley do not have the experience it takes to support his reply after all it took visits to determine that my front tires were faulty, something that we agreed to have fixed before the car went home with me I was told it would work itself out after the alignment, what a jokeAbout a week ago I called the dealership to find out about a warranty to purchase and that quote was the price of fixing everything that was wrong about so I'm still going to pay for fixing rthe carMy son just purchased a used vehicle from a nearby dealership had if for weeks has an issue took it back they were apologetical and fixed the issueHe received excellent customer service and a company that values its customers like that has great work erthicsThere are just to many problems with this car from a few days of purchasing it to ignore so I will continue to pursue in the manner in which I was advisedThank you Regards, [redacted]

they actually had my 2nd key, but it has been almost 2 weeks and they claim they still don't have the key.  I don't think it should take a car dealer 2 weeks to order a 2nd key.
