Mr. Steven *** bought the Cleaning business from a reputable Cleaning company named DFW Quality Maids in the winter of 2019. During the transfer transaction Mr. received from DFW Quality Maids the keys of my home. He continued to recurrently clean my home monthly on every first Tuesday of the month for $109.00 per month. Occasionally I would write instructions on the areas he would miss on previous visits. Lately it seemed he came to my home only to collect the check without really cleaning thoroughly. This month, I contacted him before he came and I specifically asked him to pay attention to detail (windowsills and mini-blinds, floors, etc) as we will have a professional photographer take pictures to the house as we plan to put it on the market. The house was not cleaned as expected, the floors were not mopped as requested and when I contacted him to ask about it he became belligerent and disrespectful. I asked him to return my key. After a week of no reply I threatened him to report the situation to the police. He took the house key, put them in an unsecured envelope, stamped the envelope on the wrong corner and sent it. The keys were lost due to his negligence and I had to re-key all my 5 locks.
Refund I want to be partially or 50% ($54.50) refunded for the service he did not performed satisfactorily on Tuesday February 4,2020. And a full refund of $108.24 for re-keying my five (5) locks...a service needed because of his negligence in losing and not properly returning my key.A total of $162.74. Thank you.

We terminated the cleaning services for the customer because she became both aggressive and disrespectful to our staff and employees. Upon termination we promptly mailed her key to the address on file. I am certain the key was received and the postal service did not somehow loose the key and only the envelope arrived. There will be no refund issued. The customer threatened both our staff and management via phone and text message. The resolution to this matter is closed in our opinion.

In a true effort to move forward, I will overlook Mr. Jordan's dishonesty about his staff disrespect because no one was home when he (the sole owner- cleaner with no other staff employees) cleaned the house- that is why he had the house key - and we only communicated via text messages. All my messages reflect gratitude and respect for Mr. Jordan.
Also, I am not sure by what exact fact Mr. Steven Jordan is so "certain the key was received and the postal service did not somehow loose the key and only the envelope arrived" because he is not presenting neither a return receipt nor another form of proof the key was delivered to my address. I am presenting this incorrectly postaged, damaged, Letter sent by Mr. Jordan at my insistence on February 11, 2020. As it can be very clearly seen it has a hole in it and they key was lost through it. Therefore, I still respectfully request a refund of $ 162.74 because the key was lost due to his crass negligence putting at risk my home and safety. Thank you.
