Myself along with another neighbour entered into a contract to install stairway enclosures at our residences. Each of us provided 50% downpayments on the contract and were advised that they would be installed within 2 to 3 weeks.
It has now been 4 months and the enclosures have not been installed. The company has never contacted us but has only responded with excuses as to why the work has not been done!
