Cpap will not fit good enough. I have a small face and no matter what kind of adjustment I make, it is very loud. Contacted company and after explaining my problem all they said was......well, don't know what to tell you. The mask can not be returned. So no I'm stuck with an expensive mask I can't use. How in the world should you know how something fits without trying it on. That requires opening the package, which in turn means you can not send it back. They need to mention that the mask is not for small faces.
We regret that the patient did not find our product satisfactory for their sleep apnea needs. Many factors are involved in finding the right cpap mask since their are many factors involved. As to fit, the customer was offered our smaller size nasal puffs; but insisted on a product refund. Our warranty clearly indicated on our website and within each shipment states clearly; THAT THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT PERMIT THE RETURN OF OPENED MEDICAL DEVICE PACKAGINGS..DUE TO SERIOUS CONTAGION ISSUES. We do accept and refund immediately upon notification within 30 days of receipt products that have not been opened by patients. This is standard within the medical device industry
