Thank You for contacting meMr [redacted] did leave me a message on my answering machine, with a phone number that didn't have an answering deviseI looked back at my answering machine and seen it was a different number, so I called that oneIt was only set up for texting, I was calling from my office phone and couldn't text on itI did have a Red Overlock on it because he hadn't paid that months rent, as I do with all my customers at the mini storageHe has called my office a couple times, once on Saturday the 28th and I was out of town, the second time he called was June on a SaturdayMy office hours are 8:am to 5:pm Monday thru FridayHe had no trouble getting in touch with me when he wanted to rent it, why does he nowI have had mini storage buildings for over years and I treat everyone the same, We have a contract written up and we both sign it, and I stick to itIf he wants the red overlock taken off, all he has to do is pay what he owesHe gets real excited on the phone and isn't nice, hope he was nice to your peopleThanks again for allowing me to tell the factsHerbert J S [redacted]

He had no trouble getting in touch with me when he wanted to rent it, why does he now. I have had mini storage buildings for over 15 years and I treat everyone the same, We have a contract written up and we both sign it, and I stick to it. If he wants the red overlock taken off, all he has to do is pay what he owes. He gets real excited on the phone and isn't nice, hope he was nice to your people. I am sorry that this business had no interest in mediation to solve this dispute. It is clear that his initial refusal to respond was nothing more than a ruse to get additional money from me. My instincts tell me that I'm not the only customer he has done this to and he relies on it being a small enough dollar amount to get away with it. The idea of bullying people with a threat of lawsuit for attempting mediation speaks volumes. I hope he doesn't want to go through the process of discovery and exploration of his dealings with other customers in an attempt to bully customers into silence, however if he does wish to go down that road, I am prepared to counter sue him for lost wages in answering his frivolous suit during work hours, legal consultation, and court costs. I will also have an attorney research the possibility of recruiting other past dissatisfied customers for class action against him.I am willing to walk away from the lousy experience of doing business with this man for 2 months receiving far better service from one of his competitors.

I am sorry you had to hear from [redacted] again also. He gets confused easily it seems. He doesn't follow the rental agreement that he signed. As you can see on the agreement that I sent you, There is a deposit, and late fees that he agreed to in the beginning. He hasn't upheld his end of the bargain. I did keep my word, I told him to make a payment and I would take the red lock off. He demanded that I meet him Friday evening after work, and didn't tell me when he got off work. I called him back and was surprised to get and answer, he would be working in Columbus until 6:00, then he would drive back to [redacted] to meet me. I told him I had another appointment that evening, but I would trust him, he could put a check in the bay and I would take red lock off. I did take the red lock off about 5:00 and went on. The next Monday I picked up the check for May and the lock and keys.  He still owed me the late fees and rent for June, but I allowed the deposit to take care of Junes rent and forgave the late fees. After his nasty messages I was just glad to be rid of him. After his last nasty message, I did write him a letter and told him about the deposit and late fees, and if he contacted me or The Revdex.com again I will take him to Small Claims Court to get what he agreed to pay me in the beginning, and since I am a Man of my word, I will fill out the papers this week at Small Claims Court! It isn't about the money, its the principle! I have been in business for over 35 years and this is a first,  I hope the Revdex.com don't have to deal with many people like this. Next time the Revdex.com sends me a bill for membership, I may give you a tip. Thanks Herbert J S[redacted]
