We believe Ms*** filed this complaint in response to our complaint to Smart Start that she was obnoxious and disruptive in our place of business in front of other customers and was asked to use an alternate location for her monthly services.In response to Ms ***'s complaint, I would like
to say we treat all of our customers with the utmost respect. Ms*** was told her vehicle would be done by the end of the day and, as promised, it was done by pmShe was offered a free cup of coffee and a seat and told it would be done soon several times, but would not accept this answer. She was very angry and loud in front of other customers-insisted we bother the technician to find out exactly how long it would be. Again, her DWI was most certainly NEVER mentioned-this is a accusationWe do not wish to service her at this location in the futureShe was angry and out of control, and there are many other locations for her to get her monthly Smart Start calibations
