Review: I had brought a single door prep table fridge on the 3th July over the phone , the machine arrived within an hour of placing order. We could not check the fridge if it worked right away as we had to let the gas settle for 24hrs. Next day was the 4th and we were closed. Friday we connected the fridge and it seemed to be working , it was not cooling to temp of 41 f , and let it run all-day . Sat the food in the cooler was bad, and removed the cooler out of restaurant , and could not ring stevensons because they were closed, reopen on Monday 8am. Monday we are closed and rang Stevenson tues morning. I told him the machine is not working since we connected it , he replied I will send someone out straight away. Two days later a service guy arrives at the restaurant, asking to see the fridge to my surprise, first I asked which fridge I did not call for a service guy , he explained he was called by the restaurant supply guy. I sent him away first, because I brought a fridge expecting to be 100percent in working order and not defective goods , than I asked him to check it , he told me it was leaking gas and would have to rip it apart to find the problem(quoted), I TOLD HIM PLEASE TELL THAT TO THE RESTAURANT SUPPLY GUY AND WANT A NEW 100 PERCENT WORKING MACHINE. Mr Stevenson rang the restaurant and spoke to my manager , and my manager told him we do not want a service guy here instead we want him to the right thing and replace it, Mr Stevenson hang up on him. Then he left a voice mail on my cell"I sent a service guy and you sent him away " . After hearing that , it made me think what kind of it does does man think I am, all I wanted is what I paid for , not a defect machine which needs to be fixed before I use it. Thinking after the service guy must have reported back to him , and speaking to my manager he would take action. I did not hear from him and rang him on the 17th of july and spoke to his wife, would said he will ring you back. On Friday I rang again, and told him , I am upset with your servicDesired Settlement: I am upset with handling of this matter from the shop stevensons and just want my credit card refunded , so I do not want to deal with this company , I have rang capital one visa on Friday , and they are starting procedure

I am rejecting this response because: I feel I have been robbed by this shop keeper. who acts like he has done nothing wrong by selling damaged goods to honest hard working people. He does act like someone anyone should do business with him, my brother went there the other day and came to me after that , I told him the story and will not ever spend a peeny withthis guy , tells you something , I am getting letters by lawyers from him ,telling me not stop telling the TRUTH.this is not good business practice.
