We received a call on September 9th that her microwave was not cooking...

evenly in convection mode. On September 12th we went to her place. The door/light problem was a broken part, so we ordered a new one to replace it. The convection was working properly, but she was cooking with the large rack and NOT the turn table. According to the owners manual, and the manufacturers technical support line, you need to use the turn table to get even cooking. We returned on 9/15/16 to replace the broken part.
She called again saying it wasn’t working properly. We went back on the 21st and spent over an hour on the technical support line and everything they had us check was testing out to work properly. We then took the microwave back to our store so we could spend more time with it. We could not get it to work improperly. Worked as it should every time. We returned it on the 22nd.  Warranty will not pay us for this as they won’t pay for something that has no manufacturer problem. Every attempt for it to not work, it works.
She did call on the 12th (Wednesday) and Steve didn’t return her call before he left to go out of town (Thursday). He called here on Monday and I apologized that his wife’s call wasn’t returned. I set an appointment for us to go there on Wednesday the 19th. Steve brought the microwave back here again. We used it several times and it worked properly every time. We did find the door latch to be pushed up, but just needed to be pushed back into place. The only way that can flip up like that is from slamming the door. We called into technical support again and they ran us through diagnostics and everything checked out ok. Everything we cooked or heated, cooked properly and heated in a normal amount of time. The fan never continued to run. The light didn’t stay on. Again, warranty will not pay us for this as NO PROBLEM CAN BE DETECTED.
We are at a loss what to do. The manufacturer won’t pay us for service work and won’t replace an item that has no detectible defects.
