Bought a brand new HVAC system from them and they installed it incorrectly so that the heating system didn't work - after many many many phone call they did come out once - said they needed to order a special part -now the Head and Air conditioning don't work and they are not returning calls. We have been waiting over three weeks since the one time they came and waited 3 months for them to come that one time. We have gone the entire winter without heat and do NOT want to spend the entire summer with out AC. Health Issue - froze over the winter do not want to melt over the summer = this make our home uninhabitable. Thank you so much for you help!!!!! The system had a year parts and free labor warranty.Product_Or_Service: August 2014Desired SettlementEither they fix the current unit immediately or they replace it with a working unit.

Steve's Appliance said he repaired a refrigerator at a rental property. He was paid for repair and the refrigerator never worked after repair. Thurs. - February 27, 2014 - We contacted [redacted] at Steve's Appliance to repair a refrigerator at one of your rental homes. He went to the home to assess the problem and we were told he had to order a part and would install and repair the next day.Friday - Feb. 28, 2014 - [redacted] installed the part we were told "satisfaction guaranteed" - with a one year warranty on part and 90 day labor and part warranty.Saturday -Sunday -Monday - March 1-3, 2014 - Tenant called our office on Saturday and said that the refrigerator was not working - We Attempted to contact [redacted] numerous times Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We did get one text Monday March 3rd from [redacted] that said he was in ** and you would "address the situation Monday, March 10th". We could not let our tenant be without refrigeration for an entire week. We left [redacted] another voice mail on Tuesday, March 4th to say we had to purchase a new refrigerator and he could pick up his part after he returned March 10th since he could not follow thru with his "satisfaction guaranteed" and timely warranty on his labor and part.We called [redacted] Wed., March 12th to again ask him to pick up his part as we need to dispose of the still dysfunctional original refrigerator which is now taking up space in the tenant's garage.Desired SettlementWe are asking that [redacted] contact us to make a refund of payment. The "repair" that was preformed never fixed the refrigerator.

Charged for 21 dampers to be installed and only installed 9.[redacted] from Steve's Appliances and HVAC was supposed install 21 new dampers and only installed 9. He charged for 21 dampers and insisted the work be paid for upfront. He was also supposed to "balance" the heating in the house after the 21 dampers were installed and never showed up again to complete this aspect of the project.Desired Settlement[redacted] at Steve's Appliances and HVAC should refund the money for the 12 dampers that were not installed and for the time and labour charged for "balancing" the heat in the house.
