we never agreed to any of this with them.their website was rigged so when we hit the x button to closeout the page, instead of closing the page, it processed the payment when we never agreed to it.after we had called the company to explain this, they would not listen, they would not let us speak to a manager, and they would not give us a refund.  the people I spoke to were very rude, and even after I cancelled the order they still sent the package to my house when I ask them not to. Also, after my order was cancelled we were again charged with another $3 fee. There was nowhere on their page that said I would be charged any money there was no small text or anything saying that my card would be charged. I had called the customer service numerous amount of times and every single person I talk to lied to me and tried to rip me off. Also, after checking Google and search in the company I had found out that they had skinned thousands of other people. Their website is fake and was made to whenever I exit out of their webpage it sent in any information that I typed in the space. I called them seconds after this happened, and ask them to cancel my order and not to send anything to me they said they would not send me anything or charge my card but they did. Everything you did was it illegal and they need to be stopped before they hurt any more families. There is no way what they did could possibly be legal.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1.) I have not recieved any refund from the company as of July 7, 2015.  Once I have received the refund then I will accept the terms.  In their letter it states that they refunded me the money once the product was returned to them and that was not the case.  I just went back and searched through my bank records and I do not see a refund for the $94.31.

I did not in fact order this item as I never clicked on "confirm" and I was charged anyway! Why do you have this step if you don't honor it? I truly believe this is fraudulent! I want my money back for this company "Blizzard White" to destroy any and all of my personal information and cc number from all systems! I DID NOT ultimately order this product and I feel conned into it, which I truly believe you all know that! I'm sure it is part of your ploy to sucker consumers to buy your product! Why can't I be refunded my money? Wouldn't it make for a good business process? Are you afraid everyone will do the same? If your system process is so safe, good and secure then you should have nothing to worry about. This is just not right! After all it's only $4.90! I did return the package as soon as I received it! Thank you for your consideration. [redacted] by the way, the woman I spoke to tried desperately to get me to keep this $94 product all the way down to $9.99! Wow! What does that say???

I've read the terms and have agreed to the terms.  However, I cancelled this products automatic shipping on Nov 16, not Dec like they claim.  I called back in Dec to notify them that I had been charged again and they have been doing nothing to resolve this but sending me their terms.  I have the product, I want to return it and get my money back for product that was sent to me after the cancellation.  This is a classic case of a business scamming people out of their money and just sending their terms documents as their answer instead of actual customer service.

Mr. [redacted] ,   We have received your response from the Revdex.com and take your complaint seriously.  In an effort to assist you we have already cancelled your account and you will not receive any further charges. You have been issued a refund of $20.32 as a courtesy, and allowed to keep the product.   We apologize for any confusion, and always do our best to resolve any customer complaint or concern in a timely manner. If there is anything more you need please feel free to call our customer service at ###-###-####. We're happy to assist you in any way we can.    Sincerely, Blizzard White

I was charged on two occassions.
