Review: This shop screwed me and a lot of people over!!I have a 50 in flat screen tv that my friend ( works at AT&T) diagnosed was the digit board panel need to be replace. I call [redacted] ask him how much to come out look at the tv and order the parts he said $60 to come to my home Okay!! [redacted] from [redacted] electronic came out. [redacted] look at my TV [redacted] said he was going to reset my TV. TV reseted still was having the same issue.This was December of 2013. He charge $60 for a reset the tv and said that will go toward the parts I need for the tv. Okay !!And $ 110 for coming to my home for less than 10 minutes and reset my TV. Very upset about that but he would not leave unless I paid the money. [redacted] did no labor just pressed a button on the tv he did not use any electronics device to reset the tv. By the ways.. My brother was witness to all of this. I called in January and told [redacted] the owner that the TV was still Doing the same thing and thatI need The part to be order and my TV to be fix. Everytime I called [redacted] he kept saying " i' m with a customs and I will call you back" he nevered took my phone number so he never called back.I was the one to alway called him this went on until 4.3.2014 and I just got sick of it and got mad. When I call on 4.3.14 [redacted] said he will send someone to fix my TV if I will be home. I said I will be home if someone will come. Waist of time becuase Then I called him again at 5:30pm still no one came. he said he need my TV model to check to see if he had the parts. SERIOULY !!! OMG..!! I said.. the part? Wow..$210 and I needed to put a down payment of $110. He never order the parts which mean I was waiting the whole day for nothing. I then said the $ 60 [redacted] said that was toward the parts [redacted] said no that was part of the labor! I then said thats not right its $60 for labor when I first call... Etc.. then his tone changed and the subject changed from my tv to: he started to say "oh if u go to a doctors office. This what they charge just for 5 min Bla. Bla.. Etc.. This went on for 10 min.. I said I work at a doctors office and I know what goes on there... He shuts up. Idk what that have to do with my TV to be fix! So then I got mad and said I think u rip me off I want my money back . He started to say I pay for his intelligent. I said no it's a rip off becuase you did not fix my TV! this went on for 20 min or so and then He hung the phone up on me!!Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. [redacted] saw me as a female and took advantage of the situation. A good business person or company would have fixed the tv.I took my TV to someone else and indeed it was the digital board that company fixed my TV for less problem, less time and my TV works great now! I met a few people their that experience some of the same issues with [redacted] electronic. Feed backs would be great for [redacted] to learn!
