Steve's Lawncare

When hiring Steves Lawncare the charges were 85.00 to cut grass / minimal clipping/ minimal weed whacking / minimal raking
I requested every two weeks
He told me his lead employee in charge of cutting would be the decision maker as to how often the grass needed to be cut
Cigarette butts from his employees scattered on my property as they work
His employees reported to ( Steve-owner) on June 15, 2016 that they cut my grass two times in one visit
His employees reported to ( Steve-owner) the time frame took 1.5 hours on June15, 2016
This was the fourth time and the last time they are allowed on the property
They cut my grass in one hour and a half for first cut of the season May 2016
Each cut thereafter took them precisely 42minutes every time
Not sure if owner pays his employees by the hour
Owner has called my phone repeatedly leaving a message that the grass needs to be cut weekly/q7days
I , as the customer , indicated I wanted the grass cut every two weeks
He was rude and curt on the phone insisting the grass be cut every week
He inferred that his employees always tell the truth and he also stated the customer is not always right
I paid this company for all 4 mowings and told Steve, and his crew that they stay off the property
