informed customer that we had other jobs lined up and would get to hers as soon as we could. We then when out there in September and took care of the issue the only problem was our timing we did give customer a time of 9am-10am but we did not arrive till 11:00am.. And as far as her pool getting crack(s) that is not a warranty issue when it is due to the weather.. All pools with in time shift and crack due to ground movements. I'm sorry I don't see a picture of the pool.. I see the invoice.. And the invoice is dated on 08/2014 so its been more than a year, pools do shift..

Hello we have not received any phone calls from Mr. [redacted], I did call Mr. [redacted] and left a message with our telephone number. I'm thinking he must of been dialing a different number. responded to the complaint but forgot to mention that we never give a 12 year warranty for tile. We only give one year warranty but we never received any calls and its been more than two years we are happy to help him fixed the problem we will even give him a discount but we will have to charge for our services as it has been more than a year. I am rejecting this response because: I sent the picture of the invoice to show that it says ALL work is warrantied for 2 years.  It does not have exclusions to anything.  Also when I first contacted them it had been before a year that the work was done.  I'm sorry he puts business on the back burner
