Joey at Steve's Plumbing was great!! Took a lot of time finding a very evasive leak in our apartment building. He was at the property twice and both times was very efficient and professional. He got the job done and the price was reasonable.

The serviceman Joey D. was very nice and informative. He installed a new kitchen faucet for us because our old one was leaking. Six months ago, Steve's plumbing installed a garbage disposal for us because our old one broke. Joey noticed there were electrical wires with duct tape over them underneath the disposal. He informed us that the wires should not have been covered with duct and he correctly rerouted them for us. Thank you Joey for your great service!

Brenda, the dispatcher, did an excellent job explaining what the plumber would do during his service call. Mike, the plumber, was very conscientious in his analysis of the problems we identified and he then averted a potential disaster for us when he found a leaking upstairs toilet that we did not know about. Mike worked very hard all afternoon to correct some serious problems in our 20-year old house. We are relieved that we escaped any serious water leaks/floods in our home because Mike accurately identified and corrected the problems during his service call.

Excellent and prompt service. Finding a repair person on the weekend for a leaking water heater was difficult.

Both Mike and Kyle were outstanding. They helped us clean and even painted the exterior pipe from the water heater. After the water heater was installed, they also installed a new toilet and that work was excellent as well. I would highly recommend Steve's Plumbing and especially Mike and Kyle.

Had a couple minor" plumbing issues. Called Steve's Plumbing as we had previous experience with them. The lady who took my call was one of the most, if not the most, professional and polite person I have dealt with in all calls for any type of service. She made sure I got the date and time I requested and asked very, very professional questions to help understand my problems.
The Service Tech., Joey, called B4 coming, gave an ETA, was on-time and made sure he did not "track-up" my house by putting on shoe covers B4 entering. He listened to my problems, explained what he was doing as he went along, answered any/all of my questions, and made sure the work was completed correctly and without a any problems.

I would recommend him and the call center lady with 10+'s and Steve's Plumbing with a BIG 10. Will use, if needed in the future!
