To Whom It May Concern,              We are responding to the claim that the [redacted] Plasma tv [redacted] owns was damage by us. I have checked with my techs on this matter , they explained  to me that the tv is a plasma if...

there is some kind of crack in the screen it can not be detected until light is directed into the tv . The way the crack was displayed it looks like something was thrown at the screen , before we came for the service call at this point there is nothing we can due with [redacted] request...Thank youTv repaires r  us

To Whom it may  concern                           Our  tech went to [redacted] house and gave her a price on the repair of her tv . She agreed and we took the tv...

for repair .We said the tv would be back in a few days unfortunately we needed a second part for her tv and had to order which will take extra  few day longer . The price she received from the tech will not change even though we need another part and is costing us more labor, we informed her of that . We don't have the break down of parts yet until we receive the parts in .   We informed her that she would receive a itemised bill  with the delivery..  As soon as the part is received we will  call her with the delivery..Thank YouTV REPAIRS ARE US

I am rejecting this response because:
Everything that they said is an untruth. Indeed, I called them this morning. As soon as they saw my name on their caller ID, they hung up on me. Furthermore, I asked them to return the TV to me 2 months ago. I asked that it be returned, unrepaired. I was given a run around and told to call Rich [redacted] Rich told me that he had to pick it up and would return it in two days. That never happened.Their explanation makes no possible sense:"We did the repair and [redacted] refused the  to  pay after we completed the repair we had  sent the bad boards back to the manufacture and installed the newboards in , we want  to resolve this problem so we can bring here tv back repair and she can pay us for the completed  repair or we can take out thenew boards and bring her tv back unrepaired..."I told them not to repair the TV. I was told that they had already ordered a part. I asked, "how much is the part". They said they didn't know. I said, "that's ridiculous, you can't order something without know what you paid for it". Additionally, I have been a buyer for 30 years. Most recently with [redacted]. I can tell you that NO company ships back non-working parts to a manufacturer. If they were sincere they would call me and arrange delivery. They clearly want  to run me into the ground with exhaustion.
