I am rejecting this response because:As you can see there is all kinds of rights and wrongs here, with me mostly being in the wrong. I was at his shop to do two things. Take picture of his out side advertisement, my truck and to drop of some used oil that he excepts. I was not aware of the inside advertisement. I am not saying that they are bad mechanics, He did a great job. Why I am rejecting his response is that I was over charged, overcharged by the hour and for the time it took to do the work. As I said previously, I went there first and made an appointment, we talked about the job. There was never a mention of $100/hour or a book rate. I had told him the reason I was looking for a garage to do the work was because I could not find a socket to fit the axle nut, I'm sure I disclosed everything to him and he nothing to me. Not until the truck was ready to come down off of the lift did he start to make the bill out and inform me of the charge. I'm not going to change my mind on what happened there, and if you read his statement, he proclaims that that is how business is and should be run. Now thank you.
