I received your letter this past week. Sorry for the delay in...

responding. Mrs. * is correct in the fact that the product failed, the manufacturer had sent us new product to re-do the job and to be completely honest, she became a victim of timing. We had gotten tied up on some really large jobs and we had a bunch of rain on and off, seemed like every time we had time to get by her, we had just gotten rain or we're getting rain and it needs to be completely dry to install the product. We never intended to give her the run around, but none the less, we did. I promise, it was not intentional but it still happened, she's a very sweet lady and didn't deserve to be treated that way. I do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We're not the type of company to treat our customers that way, she really did become a victim of timing , but that was our fault and not hers. She has requested a refund of $1500.00 and I think the right thing to do is send it to her. I will be sending it out by Monday, November 17th. I won't be in the office again until then.

I spoke to the people at the post office on Thursday and they said I would have the refund for the money order this week for sure. Sorry for the delay but again, just want to make sure no one has cashed it. I will send it to mrs [redacted] as soon as I get it.
