We had AAA alarm install a new system around 10 days ago. This has been the worst customer service situation we have ever experienced. This installation included 4 water sensors. The technician was not able to get them working, so as it was a Friday, he told us someone would contact us first thing Monday morning. No one called. We contacted them and they agreed to send a technician Monday December 21. This technician told us he got the sensors working. From approximately 11:30 pm until around 3 am, the sensor in one location set off the alarm for no reason several times. As well as calling us they also called the person who would be looking after our house as of December 23 and woke her up. This was not necessary as they had already spoken with us and she was not responsible for the house until December 23. Because of the alarm going off with this particular sensor, we could not disarm or arm the system. In other words the alarm system was not working. Both my husband and I called and they said they would try to send someone out or try to fix it from their office, but could not guarantee it. We explained in at least 12 phone calls that the alarm is not working and we are leaving on holiday the next morning. Each person still insisted, they could not guarantee a fix. Today finally my husband called and told them they would be responsible for whatever happened to our house while we were away, if they did not get the system fixed. About 30 minutes later it was fixed.
We have never experienced such terrible service with an alarm company. We only changed because they had the water sensors. Had we known what poor service we would experience, we would have never changed companies and will certainly consider switching back to our original company.

Review: I called [redacted]e to cut down three pepper trees in my back yard. When we had the storm last winter one tree fell down over the shed and [redacted]e said the other two had to be cut down also. The agreement was that he would cut down the three trees and dispose of the wood pieces. He has never removed any of the wood pieces. He topped the third tree and left it about eight foot tall. I had to call him back several times to cut down the third tree and he finally did that but he still hasn't cut the second tree to the ground. It is about 5 feet tall. He was paid $2800.00 for this service. The last time I called him he said he was tired of doing FREE work for me. I do not consider $2800.00 FREE work.Desired Settlement: I would like him to finish the job or I can have another tree service do that and he can refund to amount I have to pay to get it done.
