However, shortly after the agreement *** *** began to leave extremely negative comments regarding her order on the WonderWaist social media pageThis was brought to my attention by our social media teamI instructed the team to delete her comments in order to protect both the privacy of her order as well as her personal informationHowever, regardless of the deletion, the negative comments persisted - she also spoke out to loyal customers and began slandering the company using phrases such as "this company is a scam", "fraud" and "stole my money"With such a high demand product, WonderWaist has served over 5,customers the last few months across different countriesThe team was shocked to see such comments left by *** ***At that point, to diffuse the situation I made the decision to move forward with the original refund request made by *** ***Her refund was processed the next business day
In response to the customer's complaint and desired settlement request, unfortunately we will not be able to ship any items associated with her account as the order has been refunded as requested by the customerIf she would like the items to be shipped, a re-purchase would need to take place.
