Hello,After reviewing our surveillance video regarding the evening Mr*** parked with us, we saw that there were females and I male at the pay station before Mr*** even arrived the parking lot. The mentioned female seemed to be having difficulties with the machine not sure if it
was her cash not being accepted because of the currency’s condition as Mr*** walked towards pay station he seemed to know one of the individuals that was with the female at the pay stationThe female and her party decided to get back in their vehicle and drive directly across the street to another one of our parking lots where they parked their vehicle and walked to pay station at that location paid the pay station retrieved their receipt placed it on the dashboard and went about their business.Mr*** saw the female and her party get back in their car as they drove to park at our other parking lot. Mr*** never attempted to pay the machine even after the female and her party left, he opted to leave his vehicle where he parked it and walked to his destination without paying for the parking space, we have signs that clearly indicate no free parking anytime. As we watched further into the video another individual walked up to the pay station pay and retrieve their receipt right after Mr*** walked awaySo, we decided to rewind the video min before Mr*** or the female and her party arrived at the parking lot and every individual paid with no difficultiesAgain, perhaps it was the currencies condition the female had on hand as to why the bill acceptor was not taking it, we did not have any complications with any of our machines at either of our locations on that night of December 24th.If you should have any questions, please feel free to call me.Thank you,
