[redacted] initiated her pur [redacted] online by submitting a credit application.She listed her trade as a [redacted] with a $payoff to [redacted] Auto Finance.When she came in the dealership to finalize the purchase, she again told the salespersonthat her payoff was with ***The salesperson called [redacted] and got the payoff on her [redacted] of $Miller's paid the vehicle off, only to learn that sheowned two [redacted] sThe vehicle traded had a payoff of $with [redacted] Motors AcceptanceMiller's paid off this loan as well and is attempting toreinstate the original loan and terms with ***If [redacted] agrees, Miller's has stilllost $due to the misinformation from the buyer.Scott D***Business Manager7/6/

In the matter of complaint *** the vehicle has been brought to us numerous times for oil change services, I have inspected the vehicle timesOnce on August, and again on December, I do not believe we damaged the vehicle as the dent starts in front of the wheel well

I am rejecting this response because as I stated in earlier correspondence, there was testing done on the fuel by the dealer and nothing was found at the timeThey removed all injectors to check for dirt and I was told there was a small piece of debris in one of the injectors and the rest were cleanWhat was the debris? Did it come from bad gas or from somewhere else in the fuel/engine system? If it was bad gas then how did the debris large enough to clog a fuel injector make it past the onboard fuel filter?
The explanation given by the dealer on this subject only speaks to the initial issue with the clog fuel injectorWhat about the additional four plus visits and days that I didn't have the vehicle due to fuel injector installation issues?
1) Fuel leaking due to bad O-ring on the fuel injector that was just installed
2) After repair of o-ring fuel still leaking due to an issue with the high pressure fuel lines
Apparently the *** resolution specialist and I see it the same way which is why they reimbursed me for what the dealership originally charged me
I am not accepting the response by the dealer and I want others to be aware of the issues I have experienced however, as their response has indicated I have traded out of the vehicle for safety and reliability purposes so essentially this complaint can be considered resolved

salesperson called [redacted] and got the payoff on her2010 [redacted] of $5939.24. Miller's paid the vehicle off, only to learn that sheowned two 2010 [redacted]s. The vehicle traded had a payoff of $7502.52 with[redacted] Motors Acceptance. Miller's paid off this loan as well and is attempting toreinstate the original loan and terms with [redacted].
