After the work was done she returned to show me a scratch in the windshield. She accused us of the damage. I told her there was no way we could have caused the...
damage. Two steps would be used in the detailing of her car. The first would be to wash the car using a mild soap and washed with circular motions. The second step would be to clean the glass with glass cleaner and again using circular motions. The scratch in question is a vertical scratch on the left side going from the top to the bottom of the glass. We have detailed thousands of cars over the last 30 years and we have never damaged any glass with our procedures. I do not know how the scratch got there but I do know that we did not do the damage in our shop.

[redacted] is not telling you everything. They also installed visors on my 4 car doors. I am not sure how they scratched my windshield but it was not there when I dropped it off.
I am very disappointed with the service I received from [redacted]
I can only say that my windshield was not scratched when I took my car there and it was done while in [redacted] possession.

We worked on [redacted]'s car, two services were performed, as stated before.. First we done an executive clean. This is a maintenance service, consisting of,Exterior wash, chamois dry, clean wheels and tires. Clean door jams, and clean windows,vacuum interior. The only time the glass is touched is during the hand wash step,followed by a chamois dry step. No tools are used..
Second we installed vent visors above the side windows. These are peel and stick. No tools required.
That's why I am denying and responsibility concerning the scratched whindhield
