I am rejecting this response because: *** is not addressing the need to demo some of his work so the tile can be flat and continues to not be honest The Shower Door installation was definitely included per the emails and text This is going no where and it seems as though it is time for me to hire an attorney.

4-14-17 I was paid up front for the second tile job but that was not my request. [redacted] was settling up on the other shower and wrote me a check for that shower. The second didn't start right away because the tile and design was not decided on. I start on some of the tile prep on that shower while she...

was deciding grout colors for the other shower.I asked [redacted] to set the tile on the living room floor in the pattern and design she wanted. I installed the tile and glass band that day and when [redacted] got home she had changed her mind on the glass band design and accused me of setting the tile differently then what she set out. Things changed from the day on, before I was the best, craftmanship was excellent and now I was stringing her on and doing the worst work ever. I have all receipts for material, which is a more than what she described and total the total cost is $309.53 which includes the grout. I didn't charge for pick up and delivery of all materials. The price for the second shower was labor only and the shower door installation cost was settled on yet. When [redacted] pried off the tile she talks about she damaged five other tile by chipping them trying pry the one off. The job is 90% complete, set five tile with speed set on grout the same day. I am the second contractor on this project and believe that I can't make [redacted] happy because she keeps changing her mind. I have pictures of all the work and a video. I don't think she should get $800 for a job that is almost finished and hasn't settled up on material cost. I am more than willing to give her the grout and she can use the material money to have someone else finish it.The tile work work meets all standards and allowances for tile installation with the product I am given to work with.[redacted]

I have the same text that [redacted] has and I am not being dishonest. How can it be 30% complete when all that was left was to replace the tiles [redacted] damaged, grout, and caulk. The shower door was not part of the original price and was an extra cost,to be determined. I will eat the $309 material cost and add $200 to the put this behind us but [redacted] is not getting $800 for the job. If it was that bad of a job why would she let me continue and not stop the project sooner.[redacted]
