I will look into this and see what I can find outBut if the customer paid the tow bills she would have been provided with the receipts at the time she paid the invoices If you can supply me with the dates that the car was towed and the year, make, model of the car I will see if I can locate themAlso please provide the number that they need to be faxed to Once I am provided with the above information I will research this to locate the invoicesPlease not that if the invoices were paid by a business, the customer will need to get a copy from the businessI do not issue receipts that were paid by a business to the vehicle owner

Response:My service manager Jodie ***, and myself had both spoken to Mr [redacted] prior to and during the repair processMr [redacted] was informed by both of us that we do not do alignments at our shopI contacted Mr [redacted] with the estimate for repairs and he said to go ahead to do them MrWilks had also talked to Mr [redacted] during the course of repairsI had also took photos of the damage and sent to Mr [redacted] at the request of MrWilks.We had to get the sub frame from a scrap yardIt did take a couple days to get the part inWe had to wait for the part to be delivered before it could be installed When I would follow up with the scrap yard I kept being told you will have it todayWhen Mr [redacted] ’s daughter came to pick up the car yes there was a delayAs it was pulled out of the shop MrWilks noticed that the front right wheel was not setting correctlyHe worked to correct the problem, to ensure it was safe to driveWhen Miss [redacted] returned with the car saying there was a problem we checked it outI contacted MrWilks, as it was after hoursHe stated that he would have to check it in the morning there was nothing he could do at that timeI gave Miss [redacted] a ride home and told her we would contact her when the car was doneShe stated that she would not be back until Sunday morningWhile MrWilks was working on the car he noticed the front right rim was bentWe found a rim in the back lot and put on the vehicleMr [redacted] was not charged for the replacement rimI did tell Mr [redacted] that I would try to see if I could get the vehicle in for an alignment for themMr [redacted] wanted it done ASAP, due to his daughter work and school scheduleI checked with multiple shops and was unable to get the vehicle in as fast as Mr [redacted] wantedSettlement:Mr [redacted] was advised of the estimate for the repairs MrWilks also spoke to Mr [redacted] about doing the repairs vs towing it homeMr [redacted] said to go ahead with the repairs.For this reason I do not see how a full refund warranted I am willing to refund $that was paid for a rentalHowever the delay in getting the part was not on our end, we had to wait for it to be delivered
