submitted by [redacted] During the entire transfer process, we were in communication with Ms. [redacted] regarding the timing of her move. At no time was she ever told that she would only have one day to move. She was given all of the time needed to complete her move from [redacted] to Stewart's Landing. Since making us aware of any outstanding issues in her apartment, we have had at least 4 different maintenance workers in here apartment taking direction from her as to what she wanted repaired. The issue inside her cabinet is a stain from an oily substance that will not come out of the wood. Unfortunately, with the age of the property it is impossible to have everything look like new, but we do our best. There were people working in her apartment right up until her move, due to the fact that we wanted to make sure everything was completed to her satisfaction. My maintenance supervisor and I worked with her on her initial move to our other property, and we were all well aware that she is very particular. We sincerely did our best to respond to all of Ms. [redacted]'s requests and concerns, just as we would with all of our residents. We have since replaced her inside and outside air conditioner, as well as both toilets. We strive to have any work order requests from all residents completed within a 24 hour period.
