Customer was not happy because of difficulty with scheduling.  On 6/24/2015 they were on the schedule and the technician either tried to use the wrong gate or was note able to open the gate that was unlocked.  I understand how this can be frustrating when the service was not competed as...

scheduled.The customer sent an email in to one of our sales reps and he did not properly help take care of the situation or send confirmation after services were cancelled.  More mistakes were made with the technician not making it back to the customers home during the schedule time.  The problems that this customer had is not a reflection on how we strive to conduct our business.  We focus on training our employees to excel in customer service and our technicians are trained to properly service and care for our customers lawns.  Many mistakes were made and we are appreciative that the customer helped bring these problems to our knowledge.  We have discussed these issues with all of our management team and we are focused on preventing these problems in the future.Because of these problems we would like to fulfill the desired settlement.1-Customer wants confirmation that service were cancelled.  Service was cancelled on 6/26/2015.  2-Customer wants a refund of $118.00.
