I received the complaint from the customer ([redacted]). We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion of this processI understand from the letter that the dispute is for a $dollar bill that she paid to us, her credit card information was never processed for the work that was preformedAfter speaking with [redacted] on the phone after she had spoke with our secretary and how hard of a time she was having I chose not to collect on the job due to lack of communication on our officeThe report is entered with the county which I emailed to Jayne, I have a copy here at the officeI do however understand that there was a bit of a delay in entering the report with the county and we do apologize. I also reached out to the [redacted] County Health Department to settle up with them and let them know what the situation was, I am still waiting on a call back from [redacted]If there is anything else we can do to help better the situation please let us know

Review: We've had two major issues with Stewart's and one has yet to be resolved. This is the third year in a row that we booked Stewart's Septic to come perform our [redacted] County inspection. Previously, they had always been prompt and filed all of the appropriate paperwork with the county. We were generally pleased with their service.Dylan came to perform our inspection on June 02, 2014. Everything went smoothly and he stated that he would file the paperwork as he did the two previous years. On July 16. 2014, we received a notice from [redacted] County that our inspection was not up to date. Since the receipt of the letter, I have called Stewart's 5 times to follow up on this issue (first call was made on July 17, 2014) and no one has ever called me back. Elaine, who is the receptionist, was extremely rude and belligerent with me when I called for the 5th time and explained to her that I was extremely frustrated with their lack of response. She told me that she couldn't help me because "Dylan and Jerry are gone when I get here and they're not back when I leave and all I can do is leave them messages." I asked if she could please call them on their mobile phones and she claimed she had done so and that they'd never gotten back to her or me. She told me I was out of luck unless one of the Stewarts called me back and she couldn't help me. She accused me of being 'argumentative' because I asked her what else I could do because we were not in compliance with the county and we paid Stewarts to take care of this for us. I still have not received a call back from them and may have to call another company to come repeat the inspection if Stewarts' does not respond.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to file the appropriate paperwork with the county per their service agreement.
