Jordan was great! Answered all our questions and took the time to make sure we were satisfied. Very happy with our purchase.

I think it is a pretty good dealer. Will recommend to others

Mr. N, Nader assisted us in purchasing our new 2016 ESCALADE ESV. We could not be happier with the service he provided us. Mr. N was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with him and everyone at STG auto group.

Jordan was very helpful and friendly when it came to purchasing my Hellcat Challenger. Highly recommend Jordan for anyone looking to buy a car at STG.

For the best deals ever STG is The place to go

Jordan was the Sale Professional that helped with the Purchase of my 2017 Alfa Romeo. Everything from the sales process to the vehicle demonstration was done above approach. I would recommend anyone who truly appreciates great customer service and honest / transparent dealership relations, choose STG and ask for Jordan!

Very nice guy , good to talk with and a good Dealar.

Jordan is a solid dude, very attentive, and worked to get me in and out ??.

Full disclosure: I did end up purchasing a car from STG Auto that I'm very happy with (so far) and at a price that I found fair.

That being said, boy oh boy was it a journey.

STG has very competitive prices online, and that's what got me and my husband in the door, despite living well over an hour away. Our salesperson Vu was very friendly when we arrived, and took us for an amiable test drive around the neighborhood.

My first warning sign started early, though. My husband and I inspected the car body for scratches (not a deal breaker, but important to assess the condition of a used car). As we did a quick spin around the vehicle, Vu tried to hurry us along saying that all used cars have scratches. Yes, we know.

On the drive, we told Vu that we were already scheduled at several neighborhood dealerships and would be taking a few test drives before making a decision. He started making a hard sell, asking what we would need to "get this deal done." We told him that sweetening the deal with a CarPlay retrofit (Mazdas of this vintage are eligible but do not typically come with the unit installed) would seal the deal. He further offered window tints, and did not mention any additional cost for this feature, which we had not asked for.

It seemed like we were on track for a smooth exit, so we went inside to discuss numbers.

That's when things got hairy.

Suddenly this $17,750 car had a $1,499 GPS anti-theft device installed in it that had never been mentioned previously. And it had already been installed. And they can't un-install it....

That's nearly 10% of the car's value alone.

And they wanted to charge $400 for the window tint that we had been sold on as a throw-in.

I get that used car salesmen need to make a profit, but this was a total bait and switch, and we were given blank stares and a condescending attitude about questioning the suddenly inflating price.

We walked away at this point.

I called them at the end of the day, and now that I wasn't on the lot, their tune had totally changed. Suddenly the non-optional add-ons were optional after all....

They were very persistent and communication was almost overwhelmingly constant, so we came back in and settled just below the price without all the add-ons we hadn't asked for.

This was not an easy process, however, and my husband (bless him) had to play angry "bad cop" to get the deal done.

To be fair and balanced, STG has one big plus is that they let you pay for your auto purchase 100% with credit cards, which can reap you serious points earnings.

But things weren't over... STG has taken down the original ad for our car post-sale, but unluckily for them I did take screenshots of the VIN and the package advertised. The car was promoted as coming with Mazda navigation, which costs $400 to install at a dealership. While I cannot post pictures to prove this on the Revdex.com website, I have listed screenshots for my reviews on Google and Yelp demonstrating their false advertising.

When we drove off, we didn't notice that the SD card had been removed.
Dealerships often do this to ensure that test drivers don't steal the easy-to-eject cards. No biggie, I thought.

I've called both the sales department and service department multiple times, and emailed with my request to find and replace this card, which was always part of the car as advertised. Crickets. The breathless constant communication has gone totally silent.

So BUYER BEWARE - they will sell you hard up front, load you up with price inflating add-ons, drive a very hard bargain, and become completely unreachable in the case that you have any questions or issues after completing your purchase. Know your st, and don't let them bully you with surprise costs.

Further, based on their total lack of interest after running your payment, I would not buy a car that is out of factory warranty from this dealership unless you are a gambler or a mechanic yourself.

They're out for a profit, and will extract it at your expense given half a chance.

Andrew was an absolute pleasure to do a deal with. He was honest, straight forward, and clean cut. He really took into consideration in all of my needs and made my dream car work for me. Thanks Andrew, I will be sending ANYONE your way that asks me for my personal recommendation.

Jordan and Walid were extremely helpful in the process of getting my car. Jordan went over every detail of the vehicle when showing it to me. Walid is straight forward and to the point which is refreshing. Both had my best interest in mind when working on a deal for this car. Would recommend this dealership!!!

Very happy with my purchase. Walid was very helpful and knowledgeable

Jordan gave us a good deal with no add-ons.

Great customer service and very nice selection of cars. Also a great waiting area with complimentary drinks. Jordan was very helpful and provided a great sales experience

Joey and the Sales team help us into a nice Camaro. They are good at what they do and explain everything to us. They helped us get the best rate possible. Our credit isn't good and we are still walking away with a 2019 Camaro with 7000mi. Unbelievable. Thanks STG.

A vehicle was advertised as coming with certain extra features. Once vehicle was purchased, dealership backtracked and said feature was not actually included. In the original ad, this feature is listed as a feature on the car. The dealership is withholding this feature and will not give it to the owner. This feature comes standard on the vehicle model, yet the dealership is trying to charge extra for it and double the price. Several phone calls have been made and no one is able to help me or I am told I will get a call back. I have yet to receive a phone call. No attempts have been made from dealer to fix this issue.

STG Auto Group Response • Sep 12, 2019

- This issue has been fully resolved since 05/10/19 and the customer is satisfied. Complaint filed through Attorney General's office and has been satisfied.

Went in to purchase a 2016 Volvo XC60. Beautiful car and I love it. What I did not like is the salesman and then the manager kept telling me, oh, this tracking device comes with the car. Sales manager John was very annoying, kept coming in to interrupt our conversation with the sales rep. Kept trying to push a truck on my husband. Kept trying to push the extended warranty and gap insurance. We kept saying "no" don't need any of this. They gave me a loan at 16.9%!! Are you crazy, I already have a voucher from my credit union at 4.9%. They were not happy that I was paying them off right there so they had to add the tracking device price. Told them I don't want it, manager says I can't take it off. Long story short the conversation got heated btwn him and my husband. The manager said since you already signed, yes, somehow I got distracted by the sales man, had me sign paper work and then realized it was all over. So anyways, was threatened by sales manager stating "I don't care now since you already signed the paper work I will put it in through my finance and you will pay at 16%. Finally agreed to take my voucher but I had to pay the difference of $1400 for the stupid tracking device. So my husband writes a check and he says "l we don't take checks" WTF!! Gave him Debit card and paid it off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ARE LIARS AND THEIFS!!! ONE STAR FOR MY CAR ONLY.

I bought a used car from STG AUTO GROUP.
First, I complain they hard sell services to consumers. They tried to sell an auto GPS service called TheftPatrol over $1000. They guaranteed that I would get lifetime service. They also claimed that each customer has to buy additional services and pay unnecessary fees because on their website they listed: " ALL PRICES ARE PLUS ANY AFTERMARKET WHEELS, LIFT KITS, LOWERING KITS,
TINT, ACCESSORIES, PRE-INSTALLED THEFT DETERRENT DEVICES, DOC PREP FEES, SMOG FEE, SALES TAX, DMV LICENSE FEES, REGISTRATION FEES, SMOG
CERTIFICATE FEE..."
I negociated with them, and in the end, they charged me $663 before tax on this service. However, it turns out $663 is paying for the pre-installed device and only 12 months services are provided. When they hard sell the TheftPatrol, they always say it's lifetime SERVICE. Who's going to pay $663 for a device which you can get on Amazon for $80??? When I signed the contract, the TheftPatrol agreement listed as "Term: 12". There's no unit clarify 12 months/years/seconds...I asked the sales and he claimed it's lifetime. So I signed and it turned out it is a fraud.

Second, they charged me $395 on a window tint without my agreement. In the initial fees they listed to me didn't include this. They included addtional fees in taxes so that consumers can hardly tell they hardsell window tint, however, on the contract I signed, there are small words says "cash price accessory". I didn't agree I want to pay window tint and the paper they asked me to sign indicate I pay for that. I double check with salesman he said yes it's free, just sign it.

Finally, I want to complain STG AUTO GROUP didn't tell me there's only one key before I signed and paid. They should tell consumers ahead.

When I tried to contact them to get money back they said: Because you signed all documents everything was disclosed. What's the difference between STG Auto group and Payday Loan fraud? They are just playing word games to cheat customers.

My husband and I decided to buy a truck from this dealership. I negotiated via text and phone calls for several hours as I did not want to drive an hour away until the deal was finalized. Several times I asked if the price could be lowered by anything, $500 or $1000. I was told no because they already were not making enough profit. I explained the sacrifices my family makes as a military family including my husband living on a ship in another state just so he could afford the truck. They would not budge. The final negotiations came down to the price of the trade in vehicle. I finally agreed. As I was making the 1 hour journey to the dealer I was told I could not drive the truck home today since my husband was not there to sign docs. I explained he did not need to be on title. My bank called them to say the same. My bank sent them 2 different docs confirming the same. They made me sign an option contract giving me 3 days to bring in a check. This was after they ran my credit to see if I would qualify and told me I could refinance later. My bank strongly advised me against that option. I finally signed the option contract only to find out they charged me over $1300 for an optional antitheft device. I clearly stated I didn't want this. They said it was part of the negotiated deal and I had to take it. I had been dealing with these guys for 6 hours and had no fight left in me. I signed and drove home. For 4 days I tried to get them to send me written confirmation that they had funds from my bank so I knew they wouldn't process another loan. They refused to send written notification. I did receive a phone call with confirmation and a request to call "Bill" back. I called back and explained everything. He said he would fix it. I contacted Bill since but he is not returning my texts as promised. I repeatedly called the salesmen out for lying to me and was hung up on several times by "Rubin" and the receptionist.
