To whom it may concern in regards to this matter the cable service was restored days after *** *** submitted his complaint. We had to install new cable lines on that entire row. The cable was not out for two weeks its was about a week we got delayed by holidays, rain,and getting
supplies here to install new infrastructure. The disputed amount of $i have no idea where that number came from the cable TV is included in the rent for no extra charge. He never called in to see about when we were getting service restored. Everyone on that row was notified that we were having a few issues and we were working to get them restored asapPlease let me know where to go from here if I need to answer this complaint a different way.ThanksAlexSt George RV Park Manager
