Review: 1. Problem was, this is Prepaid Cell phone service but since 04/2015 Next Mobile 360 merge STI Mobile and changed the way they charged customer and never notify me, just deducted my prepaid fund daily until it is insufficient.

2. For the past 7 years I used this cell phone ###-###-#### for emergency use, and with original STI Mobile Inc. I paid $.10 cents a day to maintain the phone line active, and No problem at all.

3. But since 04/2015 Next Mobile 360 took over STI Mobile Inc. they started "OVER Charged" me a lot, when they notified me to add more fund to my account twice ($25 x 2) then I started serious to check my phone calls activities and I found out

EVEN my cell phone is OFF, the voice mail is not ON which means according to the contract the most I should pay is $.10 cents/day to keep the line stay active...and I calculate the days until I called the customer service to find out why they kept "OVER CHARGING" me, but NO ANSWER from them at all.

4. I called Next Mobile 360 (STI Mobile) 3 times to complaint...08/**/2015 13:20 PM / Julio ; 08/**/2015 10:00 AM / Grayson ; 09/**/2015 14:40 PM / Put me on Hold for 35+ Minutes then the line was cut-off ; they all promise to send me the phone detail transactions but they never did so far.

5. I should get my last 2 Prepaid Phone Card "Refunded" which value ($25 x 2 = 50), but because during the time I waited for their answer/solution, I still have to pay daily maintain charges which is $.10 cents/day SO I should get at least $40.00 Refund from Next Mobile 360 (STI Mobile Inc.); And now I moved my cell phone service out to other company so please help me to get my money back, and give the cell phone company a necessary warning for the future customers.

Review: I have used this pre-paid calling card for over 7 years. Within the last year, I started having difficulty calling St. Lucia with the calling card. This is what I used the card for. When I dial the number, I usually get a message saying "your call cannot be completed as dialed." When I dial the same number from another phone, it works, so the issue is with the calling card. At times, I hear nothing when I use the card and when I try to redial, I notice that some of the credit from the card is being used each time. I have called the customer service several times and they always say that the problem is forwarded to the technical department. The customer service representatives recommend that I just continue to try to use to card to see if the issues has been resolved. However, the issue has not been resolved. Over the weekend, one of the customer service representatives gave me a number to the corporate office but I have not been able to get through. Even though I have called repeatedly about the same issue, no one called back or gave me any status on the request to fix the service. I spoke to another friend who used the calling card service previously, and he said that he no longer uses the card because of the issues I discussed above. I have been extremely patient, and I am still unable to use a service I paid for. Furthermore, the company refuses to reimburse me for the last time I recharged my card and I have been unable to use it.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the last recharge I made on this calling card.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I am still having difficulty placing calls to St. Lucia. Initially, I got a call from a "supervisor" saying that he would refund me the unused portion within 4 business days. The following day, I got a call from another supervisor stating that he could not refund me and would be handling the problem. He asked me to try to call using a different access number. The number he gave me did not work and I informed him that the number did not work in the subsequent calls. STI requires that spend a lot of time on the phone trying to fix the issue and they refuse to refund me for the unused portion of the calling card. I should not have to spend a lot of time on the phone and not get the issued resolved. As recent as Sunday ** November, I tried using the card and call St. Lucia and I am still experiencing the same problems. STI has been afforded more than a reasonable amount of time to fix the issue, but it has not been fix. At this point, I would like my money back. They have failed to provided the service that I paid for and this is taking up a lot of my time to resolve their failure to provide the service I paid for.

Review: StiMobile Cell Phone Service Not Available for 6 weeks while still charging the weekly service fees

I am a customer of Stimobile Cell Phone service. My Phone # is not in service for >6 weeks now because of "StiMobile Network Issue". Called their support #, [redacted] 4 times and still no progress. Always with the answer of "We will fix our network issues within 24 to 48 hours, and will notify you". In the meantime, they are still charging customers like me weekly service fees even though the phone # is not in service at all for >6 weeks now.Desired Settlement: Either fix the service issue and refund the past 6 weeks service charges,

Or refund my money back completely.

Review: I bought a phone card, it will not work .I called in four times each time a report was made and I had to wait 90 mins ..... I still cannot use this card.Desired Settlement: Return the money so I can purchase another card with a different company.

Review: As of June 2013, my mother decided to change telephone providers from Verizon to STI Telecom located in [redacted]. This afforded low income senior citizens to have very low monthly phone bills. As of late fall, early winter, my mom started to experience having a lot of trouble with her phone. During that time period, we repeatedly tried to get in touch with STI via email and phone to rectify these problems but to no avail. It came to the point where enough was enough so, my mother decided to change back to Verizon. Effective February **, 2014, her new telephone service with Verizon was implemented. On March *, 2014, my mother received a bill. It reflects a balance that was forwarded on February *, 2014 and our payment for this time was received by them on February **, 2014. I don’t believe my mother needs to pay this bill because as stated above, her new telephone service with Verizon became effective on February **, 2014 which would negate this bill/invoice statement. My mother would like to have clarification on this bill as numerous attempts via email and phone has resulted in receiving no responses.Desired Settlement: Review of Invoice Statement resulting in non-payment of charges

Review: I bought $2.00 calling card on 08/**/2012. I made 2 calls with the calling card for a total of less than 20 minutes. The second phone call I made was of poor quality with my family cutting in and out. I could hardly understand what they were saying. I told them to hang up so I could call back and maybe get better reception. The calling card said I did not have sufficient funds to make another call. I called customer service where the rude woman told me that I made a phone call at 4:25 p.m. that cost $0.12 and then accrued a disconnect fee of $1.09! And the second call I made lasting approximately 6 minutes, was not refundable even thought it was of poor quality. And the disconnect charge of the second call left me with no funds to make another call. These cards are ripping off people who have no other affordable option to talk with their families! More than half of the money I spent on this card was consumed by disconnection fees! Plus the stores where I buy the cards tear them off of the rest of the paper which I assume explains the charges.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded and to have these cards regulated so that people are not being extorted in their wallets for the needs of their hearts. It is cruel and misleading. They are stealing people's money and it should be returned!

I put the claim as $1,000 because I was really ticked off at the time and I imagine all the money that I have spent on these calling cards over the years and how many times I have been ripped off. I'm sure it would easily reach into the $1,000 + range. I really just want companies like this to learn a lesson. They probably won't, but I'm trying to do my part.

I would like to be reimbursed $4.00 total for the 2 $2.00 cards I bought.

Review: I've been happy w/ this plan for MANY years, even when they stated charging daily fee for right to use the phone. My old phone is almost not working, and I've had terrible guidance about using [redacted] or [redacted] to locate a replacement. I was directed to a private party by a well-meaning cust svc rep, but that phone is not compatible. So, I've had inadequate or erroneous info that led to buying two "worthless" phones. The final straw has been getting to a svc rep, who turned me over to a [redacted] who cut me off. Calling back, now I hear only music on hold for many minutes, then it is disconnected. I guess I've reached the point where I want the refund of my unused minutes, plus cover the cost of the two phones, $40 (I'll send them to them, they can do something--) Thank youDesired Settlement: If they can no longer sell phones--as advertised on their website--that info needs to be removed, or company shut down for false advertising.

Review: MY CELL # [redacted] SHOWS A CREDIT OF $40.08 BUT IT IS ALMOST ONE YEAR I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO PLACE OR RECEIVE CALLS.

I DID CONTACT THE STI MOBILE BUT NONE REPLIES. I UNDERSTAND THAT STI MOBILE WAS TAKEN OVER BY SOMBOFY ELSE HOWEVER THEIR SITE IS STILL ACTIVE.

THE FCC TOLD ME TO CONTACT YOUR OFFICE.
