n an effort to be fair, I must say that I have been doing business with Stickersbanners.com since and have had nothing but excellent experiences until Nov 18th of this yearI placed an order for an x step and repeat, a red carpet, a x banner with x stand and some kiss cut stickersThe first items were on one order and the stickers were on a second orderIn an effort to ensure that there was no confusion, I dealt solely with one designer Hannah (who was excellent by the way)I gave special written instructions that my orders were going to be picked up by my business associate on Nov 18th for a Nov 19th eventWhen my associate arrived, she asked for both orders but was only given oneShe did not realize until she had already driven from Atlanta to Charlotte NC that we were not given the stickersI then called back to stickersbanners.com thinking that they could just overnight the package to me and all would be wellInstead I got Christine who gave less than stellar customer service and basically blew me off by advising me that my only recourse was to send an email to customer serviceI simply wanted the problem solved so I asked to speak with a supervisor and informed Christine that if I were to go the email route, I would lose the very small window of time that I had to rectify the problem before my eventThat suggestion was ignoredChristine informed me that "David" was the supervisor, but that he was unavailable however, she could offer me a %percent refund! I respectfully declined as I had paid %for my itemsI have called and left messages for David times since Nov 18th with no responseI am continually told that he is unavailable and he has never returned my callsAt this point, it has become less about the stickers and more about the complete lack of customer service from Stickersbanners.com for a customer who has been loyal AND referred countless other customers since I am disappointed and dismayed because all I want is for my money to be refunded for my items to be mailed to meI don't think that I am asking for anything unreasonableDavid, should you be so inclined, please give me a callI wanted to speak with you personally before I had to resort to this postI will message my telephone number although you should have it on one of my many messages that were left with Christine and SarahI do hope that we can find a resolution to this issue so that we can continue to do business moving forwardThanks
