I ordered temporary tattoos from Sticker You and when they arrived they were not at all what I had wished forThe main issue was that they were not die-cut, which was an option I had selected on the tattoo editor on their siteWhen I contacted customer service to complain they offered to redo the order free of charge, but said they no longer offer die-cut as an optionI checked their site that day (which was about a month after I placed my original order) and it was still an option on the tattoo editorI found it extremely upsetting and misleading for them to be offering a service on their site which they could not actually provide
They did reissue my order for me fixing everything aside from that, but I think it was irresponsible for them to not contact me before my first order had shipped to explain the situation and confirm I still wanted the product even if the tattoos would not be what I had ordered

just within hours after placing my order, I wasn't able to change anything, gave a bs excuse why they cant do anything about it, not helpful at all
the phone number they have listed is just a voicemail, no one picking up the phone and no return phone call

I then saw an email that the order shippedThe only problem is that it is taking their standard delivery...8-business daysThey wanted to offer me a shipping refund and a discount, however that does not help the fact that I have orders to ship out with the stickers this weekThey could've sent it out express, but they did notI expressed this concern if they could print out something quick to tide me over, but they could not
So now I am stuck waiting 8-business days for the stickersExcept for being "truly sorry" - I supposedly will get the shipping refund and a 15% discount, but I have yet to see it on my credit card
I am planning on finding another supplier, one with the ability to be reachable with a toll free numberI was told they don't have it to be price competitive, but it is useless if they do not ship time sensiitve orders on timewith no delay communicationI run a small business and know how important communication is
I ordered with plenty of time for their standard delivery, had they shipped on time

I was using Stickeryou.com to provide me custom labels for my small business. I ordered labels with plenty of advance notice and time and paid for expedited shipping. When they did not arrive on the day promised, I contacted them via email. I received an automated reply someone would get back to me. When I finally heard the next morning, I was told there was a problem with the order and they had to redo them. I asked why no one notified me of the delay. I was told their system was automated and there was no way. When I asked them to rectify it and ship over night, I was told there would be no way to do that. When I indicated that they were preventing me from delivering my goods and I wanted a corrective action solution, I was told they could cancel the order if I had no use for them now. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had. No offer to help, no offer to a solution. When I inquired back to what they would do to meet the needs, they never responded. I couldn't be more dissatisfied with their customer service. Nice product if it goes well, but they leave you hanging if there is an issue. No support of a resolution.

I placed a sticker order with Rush delivery on December 10, and received on December 19th -- which I don't think seems to much of a "Rush" at all. Secondly, during the checkout process, StickerYou states on an image underneath the total, "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed -- you'll love our products or we'll refund your money" -- there is NO supporting text or direction to a page with conditions that actually entitle you to a refund, so I'm under the assumption that if I am not happy with my order, then I am, in fact, entitled to a refund. The stickers I received are stickers that I simply CAN'T use because the size was not as expected. I spoke to two very unhelpful reps after the live chat wasn't even working during the operating times. They told me since it wasn't QA's fault, I won't be getting my money. Had I known the circumstance, I would have never ordered. A discount code does not rectify the situation. I still have the screengrab for proof.

I run a C-Store and was changing hours. Our location is fitted with security shutters, so an hour sign on the glass would not show customers our new hours of operation. I found StickerYou online when searching for vinyl lettering. I was able to design and order custom vinyl lettering to put my hours outside of the security shutters. It was a quick and easy process, and it was cheaper then using local companies. Will be using this company in the future.

I have absolutely no complaints. Customer service and communication was excellent throughout the process.

I have used this company twice, and both times was fully satisfied with the entire experience. This is an ONLINE company for the most part. If you procrastinate and order your products two days before, or a week before, you need them.. It's your own fault for not getting your purchase in time. A large portion of these negative reviews is focused on not getting timely service; I never ran into this problem. It seems people can't take responsibility for their own laziness and lack of planning. Highly recommend this company and their matte vinyl labels!

I have placed two orders with StickerYou, and have had horrid experiences with both. I should never have placed a second order with them as this experience was worst than the first. The problem with StickerYou is in their shipping and delivery. The stickers/products themselves are great IF YOU RECEIVE THEM. My first order was a week late. Not one or two days...a week. I paid for Rush delivery on my second order to specifically have it by April 22. It's now the 27th and I don't have my order. After complaining I did receive a refund for the Rush delivery fee. They said that the order was shipping out on the 21st. That in and of itself is frustrating to me because unless they ship it overnight to me (which they didn't), by definition it will not arrive on the day I PAID for it to arrive - it takes more time. Worse yet is that the tracking number on my order confirms that my package went to a wrong address in a wrong state. I was instructed by a Sticker You customer service representative to call the [redacted] myself to resolve the issue, which I did even though I think it was Sticker You's responsibility to do so. [redacted] informed me that the package was specifically addressed to NY, and since I have never lived in NY and have no prior or current connection to the address to which the package was delivered, they are unable to deliver the package to me. After reporting all this back to StickerYou, they re-ordered my stickers for me and say that they will overnight the package to me, which is appreciated and only right and proper. That said, I will believe it when I have my order in my hands. For obvious reasons, I'm pretty doubtful of their ability to correctly ship a product in a timely manner. I am permanently cured from using Sticker You.

I did the order online on October 6 and I paid $44.99 for StickerYou.com delivery to me on October 12, I am trying to contact StickerYou.com but nobody is answering the phone or email. I paid a lot for StickerYou.com to delivery fast the item because I need. This company is not good. Don't do business with StickerYou.com. How can the company don't have anyone on consumer service for answer the phone?
