I stand by my original statement.
Stickman Auto Group did not sell and certainly never implied it was selling anything to Mr. R[redacted] and he knows it.

I will not respond to personal insults and clearly libelous statements.

Sincerely,
Russ W[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com: In reference to Complaint ID#:  [redacted] Stickman Auto Group LLC has never sold a vehicle to Mr. R[redacted]. I want to make this extremely clear. Stickman Auto Group LLC never sold or implied any kind of a car sale or any other kind of sale to Mr. R[redacted]. There is no paperwork or...

evidence of any kind regarding a transaction between Stickman Auto Group LLC and Mr. R[redacted] because there was no transaction between Stickman Auto Group and Mr. R[redacted]. There is no Buyer’s Order, Bill of Sale, Title Application, Odometer Statement or Receipts between Stickman Auto Group LLC and Mr. R[redacted]. There was no sales tax charged or collected, no Title, or Registration Fees or Doc Fees. This was strictly a private sale and it was represented as that from the first time I spoke to Mr. R[redacted]. I had my daughter’s Honda S2000 on [redacted] FOR SALE BY OWNER (not dealer). I received several calls and emails asking about it and I told everyone including Mr. R[redacted] the exact same thing. I am a dealer but I am selling this car for my daughter who lives in [redacted] and is moving to Nashville. I made it perfectly clear I was a dealer but was selling this car for my daughter as a private sale and there would not be any tax or any other fees. I could not have made it any clearer. When Mr. R[redacted] (and his girlfriend) came to look at the Honda I stopped them before they were even five feet inside the building and handed him my Stickman Auto Group business card and just to make it clear, I said there are so many scams on [redacted] I just wanted to show him my last name on the card was the same as my daughter’s last name on the title of the Honda S2000 and there was nothing weird going on and I was selling the car for my daughter and not as a dealer. The car’s title was in my daughter’s name and I can supply a copy if needed and so can the DMV. She also made payments on it for over four years and insured it for almost six so I’m not “CLAIMING” it was my daughter’s car I am stating it as fact. This car did not belong to Stickman Auto Group. It was never expressed or implied that it was owned by Stickman Auto Group. The rest of this complaint is irrelevant and moot because Stickman Auto Group had absolutely nothing to do with this transaction but I want to say this again for the record as I have told most of this To Mr. R[redacted] and his girlfriend. My daughter drove this car from Los Angeles to my house and it sat in my garage for three days. In the next few days I spent at least two hours searching for a missing small piece of the convertible top latch and two missing screws under the seat and every little nook and cranny and found the clip but not the screws. I literally had my face and nose on the carpet behind and under the driver’s seat as well as the seat itself for at least a half an hour.  I was in and out of the car at least fifteen times trying to find parts and then matching up and installing the latch. We drove the car to my warehouse in Mesa and I was in and out of the car at least another half a dozen times over the next two weeks. Not one time did I smell anything even remotely offensive.  Not one time in almost three weeks. I was in and out of the warehouse dozens of times in that time period and never noticed any strange odors. I am genuinely sorry Mr. R[redacted] has an offensive odor in this car but in the almost three weeks I was around this car daily I never smelled anything even remotely offensive. I had no control over what happened to this car after Mr. R[redacted] picked it up and it started smelling bad. I cannot explain why after almost three weeks this car all of a sudden has this incredible problem. Sincerely,Russ W[redacted]

I guess we have a different meaning to the word imply .. I mean if the car was at Stickmans Auto facility,if the car was being driven around using Stickmans Auto dealer plate which stickmans auto uses for the purpose of driving their cars around and the Car  was posted onto stickmans autos website and facebook page then that would imply stickmans auto has something to do with the selling of said car. or did you all of a sudden forget that the car was at your location, that you put you dealer plates on it ,that it belonged to your employee because according to you your daughter works for Stickman auto and that the car is or was posted on your website ...I already know this isnt gona get me anywhere just hoping someone else dosnt get scammed the way we did.you say you never smelled nothing well then im guessing I just imagined all the mold that was on the carpet when I pulled it out to pressure wash it I guess rust stains magically appeared underneath the frame of the seats and the bloodlooking soaked stains in the foam of the seats are all in my imagination ..or that after pulling the jack tray from the trunk all the rusted coins sitting underneath it with a water line above it happened after the 1 day of us taking over the car you clamed over and over the car had been detailed I dnt know if your just that much of a liar or your daughter is the one lying to you and your just to ignorant to believe her and put your reputation on the line for her like ive always been told at the end of the day all you have is your reputation and if this is the type of business you and your daughter run I cant foresee you having any .you know you could of just been a man and owned up to it but instead you choose to use excuses and put blame elsewhere
