I contacted Stief Wood and Landscaping after reading their ad on the website and spoke with ***He explained about the seasoned wood, how it is delivered and stacked and the price for a stack that would be 4Xwhich was an excellent price for the quality of hardwoodWe planned a delivery date and time and they were prompt with the delivery and stacked it neatly in our wood holder in the garage [redacted] got out his tape measure and took the measurements, put the numbers in his calculator and I actually ended up with a little more than I was suppose to getHe didn't want to have his crew remove any and thanked me for my business with hopes of doing repeat businessI will utilize his company for more than just firewood because he is honest, has integrity, is reliable, and a pleasure to do business withPeople like [redacted] are hard to find these days!!!

A++ seller of firewoodGreat to deal with Honest, responsive, his firewood delivered is as described, dry, in the amount described, and professionally stacked I will be a regular customer in the years to comeThank you very much

Mr*** did order firewood and the date of delivery somehow was incorrectWhen Mr*** called that afternoon wondering if the delivery was still coming, I checked our order list and explained that I had him down for the next morning
He mentioned he had planned a bonfire for that eveningI apologized for the apparent mix up, and offered him a discount off the original price to cover the amount it would cost him to pick up bundles of wood at a local gas station and for his trouble doing that so he could have firewood for that evenings bonfireWe delivered wood the next morningWe were asked to stack the wood next to the garage which we didThere was no rack or holder and my crew may have been a little off on the measurementThe crew were leaving an invoice with Mrs*** when she said she would just write them a checkWe are always comfortable leaving an invoice without paymentThe next day Mr*** called to say he was short on woodWith out questioning it, I again apologized and asked what we could do to make him happyI did not know if he wanted us to pick up the wood and give a full refund or bring more woodI just wanted to do whatever I could to try to make him feel the best I could and hopefully create another long lasting customerHe basically said that it was up to me to do whatever I wanted as he just wanted me to know about itI said that we would bring more wood when we were in the area againIt has been a little longer than I had expected mainly due to the warm temperatures and Landscape projects, but I do have him on a list to top off his stackI don't understand the complaint after the conversation I had with himThe apologies, discount, and wood that I plan on delivering are not acknowledged in his complaintI suppose a call from me this week might have been in order to let him know that some extra wood was still coming, may have been in orderWith the very mild temperatures I did not think it would be a problemWith the forecast calling for cooler weather next week I was expecting to have brought him extra wood by the end of next week

I had them supply mulch and do landscaping this year and am extremely satisfied with their serviceVery professional, well organized and polite., Price was fair and will not hesitate to have them back to work on my yard againI highly recommend them
