Ordered [redacted] in Sept 2010. Product did not work so when second package arrived, canceled the automatic ordering of teh package over the phone. In Dec, the third package arrived. We thought that since a Nov package did not arrive that the cancellation had actually occurred. When called, they had no record of the cancelation and will allow us to return the product, but we will have to pay for the return postage.
