irrelevant. Stifel has poor/no customer service. They do not address concerns of their customers. Stifel has a different set of instructions and requirements on any given day and they change frequently. My mother did finally get the money from Stifel, but it was not timely and Stifel tried to make the process very burdensome. Her name was misspelled on the check. [redacted] at Stifel, was not helpful and was not pleasant to work with. When my mother finally got the money, there was no explanation of the account so she can only assume the amount was correct. I definitely advise consumers to NOT use Stifel for any financial transactions. They do NOT seem have the best interest of their customers in mind.
