I received a bill from my apartment office of over $due to damages to the apartmentMy problem is that I was not made aware of these damages during the pre-move out inspection like we should have been based on the move out video provided to usAlso I spoke with an employee named [redacted] September 7th at pm and she said that on our move out day we will be charged $1,I have written records and a witness to prove thisThis bill is an extra $on top of the $1,that we were chargedWe were never made aware of these damages before move out, the price I was told I would have to pay should be the only price that we have to payI will be searching for an attorney to contest these charges

This Apartment Complex will attempt any underhanded way to charge you late feesThis is the second time this has happened to me personally and I haven't even been here for a yearThe most recent incident is where both myself and my girlfriend paid our rent roughly days before it was due 8/25/and went out of stateWhen we came back 9/3/we had a late fee of $80, looking into it an email was sent out on 8/29/letting everyone know the utilities were just then posted, days before the due date of 9/1/18, usually all this is posted at the same time well before the due dateNot only that but the email that was sent out had every tenants email on it so I had access to everyone's email address, complete breach of data privacyOur lease will not be renewed once it expires and any fees they try to scam out of us will be disputed legallyRead the reviews nearly every tenant that has left has had issues with this place trying to scam them out of money

[redacted] Management is currently charging me $to to replace carpetThey are claiming the carpet was damaged by petsI did not have a pet and I never had anyone else's pet inside my apartmentOn numerous occasions, repairmen entered my apartmentEach time paperwork was filled out for the repair, it stated there were no any pets in my apartmentAs the repairmen entered the apartment, they were able to witness that there were no petsI spoke to the office personel about this charge and she confirmed that I did not have any pets during my lease

Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by
the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have been given this response by the company repeatedly I would like them to acknowledge that I should have been informed that I was going to be charged and given the option of accepting the charges prior to the work being completed I would like the fee that I have been charged unjustly by this company reduced by at least half.Regards,*** ***

Good afternoon,Thank you for reviewing the complaints. Concerning [redacted], she emailed our company asking for tax advise as she was about to file for divorce. She (no longer our client) and her husband(continues to be our client). We have on our emails a statement that any email correspondence is considered engaging and is billable. “Mere email contact with this firm does not create an Accountant – Client relationship.  However, email consultations with existing clients are billable.”This was a tax question that required an accountants time and moderate research, this time is billable. We attempted to resolve via email and phone over this invoice, she just was not happy with our invoicing her. Thank you,Rachel * C**Business Specialist/Business Manager1040 Tax Service and Accounting[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because none of this information was given to me personally.  All corispondance asa "client" was given to my ex-husband.  I was made to pay for a service I didn't ask for.  I asked a question and then got a bill.  I believe that this company has shady practices.Sincerely,[redacted]
