Review: On June ** I placed an order in the amount of $95.00 for a mannequin, the accessory bar and tote bag. Their website promises orders will ship within 3 days. I received the mannequin and accessory bar on July [redacted] with a note stating the tote would be shipped separately. It is now September [redacted] and I have not received the tote. The accessory bar arrived broken.I have attempted to contact the company many times via phone and email to request a replacement for the broken item and the tote that I ordered. No emails or phone calls have been returned.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a replacement for the broken item and the tote that I ordered. If they are unable to fulfill the order, then I would like a refund for the broken item and tote that was not delivered.

Review: I placed an order online through the website on **-Sep-2014 for a mannequin and carrying case. According to their website, the mannequin alone costs $42.00, but with the carrying case the cost is $63.00. With $17.00 shipping, I was charged $80.00. I received my mannequin shortly after my order was placed, with a note claiming that the carrying case would be shipped separately. I never received the carrying case. I emailed the company twice inquiring about their offer for a free bracelet bar that would accompany the order if I had not received notice of shipment within 2 days. Those emails were sent on **-Sep and **-Sep, but were never answered. I was able to inquire through a colleague as to what action to take next, and was given the name of the [redacted] of the company, [redacted]. I was able to find [redacted] through [redacted] and sent him a message for the first time on *-Oct. He finally responded on **-Oct. He apologized for my not receiving the carrying case yet and explained that orders could take 2 weeks to ship. When I explained that it had been far longer than 2 weeks, he offered to rectify the situation as well as send me the accompanying bracelet bar for my troubles. I messaged [redacted] again on *-Nov after still receiving nothing. He replied on *-Nov stating that he'd ship the bracelet bar out tomorrow (meaning *-Nov) and the carrying case "asap". After waiting another month, I messaged him again on *-Dec stating that I felt as if I was being ripped off and wanted my goods shipped to me overnight. The [redacted] Messenger application shows that he read my message the next day, Thurs *-Dec at 4:24pm EST, but he has not responded. It is now Monday *-Dec and I have not received a reply or the products promised to me.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the carrying case that I paid for, and the bracelet bar accessory that was promised to me for my troubles. And I want them before the end of December 2014. Or I would like a refund for the entire order as I will have to find other accomodations to carry my mannequin from home to home that may wind up costing me more than what Stiffany Mannequins charges for the carrying case.

Review: I placed an order on 8/*/2014 for a Stiffany Mannequin, bracelet bar, and tote bag. On 8/**/2014 they created a shipping label but never shipped my item. On 8/**/2014 and 8/**/2014 I sent emails asking about the status of my order and received no reply. On 8/**/2014 I sent a message via [redacted] to ask for an update and they sent an email saying that my order was rejected. They have not issued a refund and will not respond to emails, messages, or phone calls about this. They have my $95 and will not refund it or send me my items.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund so I can order from a company that will deliver what I order and will give good customer care.

Review: I ordered a mannequin on Oct **, 2014. Shipment tracking info was received on Oct **, 2014 but it still shows the product has never shipped. I attempted to contact owner via e-mail with no success. I posted in a group on [redacted] and he finally contacted to me, asked me to remove my post and he would call me the next day, which I did and he did call me on November **. He promised he would ship my order the next day, November **. I have not received my order as of November ** and have attempted to contact owner through text message, phone call, voice mail, and instant messaging on [redacted] with no success. I have filled a request for payment refund through [redacted].Desired Settlement: Return my funds
