On 11/3/15, Willhoit Enterprises wired the $20,refund to the account Mr*** requestedWillhoit Enterprises received confirmation from our bank that the wire was sentWe notified Mr*** that the wire had been sentMr*** then contacted us requesting we not send a wire to that account and asked us to rescind the wire, however, once a wire is sent Willhoit Enterprises, according to our bank, has no ability to request the funds to be returnedAccording to our bank, the receiving bank (Wells Fargo), could refuse acceptance of the wire and return it, but Willhoit Enterprises and our bank have no ability to do thisMr*** informed MrWillhoit he would refuse the wire and have the money sent back to our bank, but as of today, 12/7/15, and confirmed by our bank, the money has not returned to our accountWillhoit Enterprises had our bank verify the wire was sent without issue and they have stated it was sent and never refused, so that money should be in the account Mr*** requested the funds to be sent
Willhoit Enterprises feels they have done everything Mr*** has requested and believe the matter regarding the $20,is between Mr***, Wells Fargo, and MrOnuegbu

On October 29, I sent Willhoit my wiring instructions giving my personal accountI can provide copy of this emailI have no idea who *** *** *** isI am not under 'Government audit ' by any stretch of the imagination nor did I instruct Willhoit to wire transfer this refund to anyone or any account other than my ownEven if this fraudulent email was sent to him with fraudulent information why would anyone not ask the true recipient to verify any change in account information for an amount of $ 20,? From Nov I almost daily questioned Willhoit on the whereabouts of my refundHe just responded ' I am having trouble with my account 'This went on for daysAt no time did he say he had sent the money nor did he ask me to verify my account infoBottom line is I am due my refundIf he continues to state the above transfer to an unauthorized person I will be calling the FBI to investigate this fraudulent act

While I realize Mr*** believes MrWillhoit should have contacted him regarding the email asking for the money to be sent to a different account one day after receiving his email, MrWillhoit truly believed he was talking to Mr*** and following thru on his request to send to the different accountWillhoit Enterprises has contacted the FBI and filed an IC report and they have given this matter a case # and an agentWillhoit Enterprises fully intends to prosecute this matterNo fraud was intended on Willhoit Enterprises part regarding MrDacks refund and Willhoit Enterprises truly thought the funds were returned to Mr*** via the wire instructions they receivedWe hope that Mr*** understands the position Willhoit Enterprises was placedIt was not intentional and truly hopes Mr*** removes this negative comment once he receives the wire today
