Dear Ms***,The customer has not provided any bonafide proof to his assertions . We’ve addressed his concerns pertaining to his complaint within our previous correspondence .The customer has also decided to fabricate a new issue pertaining to his “coils” insisting that we now owe for them.We tried to converse with the customer initially with his concern but he became aggressive , combative , and completely out of line !Because of his actions and aggressive behavior I have feared for my safety and the safety of my family We’re considering having a PFA order to be served . I am rejecting this response because: After he made the re**irs on 3/the car had a small miss ,he said it was the computer it will go awayOn 3/I call him the miss was getting bad we returned it the same day (not two weeks)See texts Frist the compression was ok then it was low? then he found a cracked valveHe said he'll look for a motor.(see texts)When he asked me to remove the car, I did two days later4/9The car was re**ired on 4/and to date runs fine ( see attached bill)I supply a list of replacement **rts, plugs are only five dollars he charge me ten plus dollars WRONG PLUGS(see attached bill)Installing the wrong plugs may have damaged the coils I,d like him to **y for the replace of the five remain coils( $350.00) in addition to my refund of $261.00. As for the ***, the texts shows he DID NOT inspect the truck he stated that in the message Please read the text messages they show you the true story of the events

*** *** *** * *** ***Dear Ms***, Thank you for contacting us in reference to complaint number ***, We look forward in being proactive With the Revdex.com and our community in reference to any issues that may arise.The customer
had initially contacted Us in reference to an engine miss issue and check engine light illuminated with their *** *** *** * We looked over the vehicle and check engine light codes and diagnosed the Vehicle as needing s**rk plugs due to lack of maintenance The plugs that we’re removed Were the original Plugs that came with the vehicle from the factory The mileage on the vehicle (150k+) and the condition of the s**rk plugs coincided with that.We test drove the vehicle cleared the codes and had no issues during the test drive and we felt confident enough to deliver it back to the customer.Fast-forward two weeks later customer states vehicle is missing againWe gladly told the customer to bring the vehicle back At that point we decided to do a compression leak down test to check the health of the engineWe found that the cylinder that had been missing Had a 35% compression loss over the rest of the cylindersWe removed the s**rk plug from that cylinder and inserted a scope to possibly verify the problemWe saw what we believed was a crack on the Intake valve forming due to lack of maintenance.We notified the customer of these findings and asked the customer if we should tear down the motor to further inspect he declinedHe had then asked for options we advise that either a new or used motor could be installed but we warned the customer not to do so as the price to install a used motor was worth more than the actual value of the vehicle.The vehicle then sat at our shop for approximately three weeks with no contact pertaining to what the customer wanted to do with the vehicle.Meanwhile the customer had contacted us about a *** *** pick up truck with 265k+ that also had a miss And wasn’t running correctly, he brought the vehicle to us and we diagnosed it with needing plug wires and s**rk plugsThe customer had declined the s**rk plugs and decided for us just to install the s**rk plug wiresWhile the vehicle was a**rt He advised us that it needed a **safety inspection, we told him at that time that we did not have Stickers but we we’re expecting them soon And that the garage down the road could accommodate us if our stickers did not arrive.We proceeded to perform a pre-inspection before we outsourced the vehicle to the other shop so we would be able to keep up our good reputation and high Standards and avoid embarrassmentWe found that the vehicle needed certain items to **ss *** *** inspection regulations We provided an estimate to the customer through text and he became irate and belligerent.We continue to try and communicate with the customerVia text and voicemail and his demeanor became more aggressive and harassingWe asked him at that point to please pick his vehicles up and **y for his current invoices.Customer returned the next day and his cantor and demeanor still hadn't improved , We showed the customer the issues Keeping his vehicle from being inspected he advised Us that he would be taking it to another shop for their opinion. We encouraged the customer to get a second opinion But notified him that inspections are billed whether they **ss or fail. While customer was on location he asked what could be done about his *** *** *** he stated that he was “trading it in” and needed to get it to the dealership . I advised him that we would gladly tow it at no cost or reassemble the engine also at no cost so he could drive it there. He opted for us to reassemble the engine And he picked the vehicle up the next day.Fast forward another week and the customer is sending us threatening messages and texts demanding his money backWe tried to converse with the customer about his issue and he just kept responding with more threatening and harassing messages.We strive for honesty and integrity and look to make things correct if there’s a mistake as we’re also human and not perfectBut we feel the customers claims are And unverified , We have video proof of the failed *** inspection and Irrefutable proof that we installed the correct **rts on the *** *** ***.Sincerely, John NT*** Owner *** *** ***
