Recently purchased home from seller. Seller informed me that Stillwater installed furnace/ac unit. Ac unit never connected to house and furnace illegally installed into attic not up to code/ and without city permits.
Furnace installed as a fire hazard. Furnace improperly installed creating further damage to ceiling and entire attic and living room/couch.
I do sympathize with the owner. I immediately came out approx 2 weeks ago upon being told the unit did not work. This unit was installed in the winter and per normal procedure the unit was not wired so that it could be properly started in the spring. This had already been done by others upon arriving. The issues described in the complaint are beyond any scope of work we completed at this property. We only installed a new condenser unit as a favor and had nothing to do with the anything in the attic. As I explained to the current owner, any other work is something that would have to be taken up with the previous owner or contractor that did this work. Our company pulled an permit for limited interior work and mostly exterior work. We completed a small amount of framing and the owner or others completed other parts of this interior work, including all finishing work. As a favor we replaced only condenser unit with a new one, when the old one went out. We however are not an HVAC company rather we do general remodeling and construction, along with exterior work. Our work was permitted and passed inspection.I am unsure of what I can do to rectify, which I fail to see where we bear any responsibility, in this situation however I would ask what it would take in terms of dollars for this customer to at least consider this being a rectified problem. We strive to always complete our job thoroughly,and again I believe this is completely outside our scope of repairs, however I want to be clear that we are at least willing to listen and try to resolve this situation.

I contacted this contractor from home advisor. I needed I needed a contractor to complete a cabinet installation that another stopped after have N industrial accident on another job.
The owner jeremy was fast on a quote fast at cleaning some of the miss assenbly of cabinets n got the dishwasher disposal n facets installed quickly. Aldo installed 32 handles on our cabinets.
He did a great job n was concern about quality n looks of the work. His background in maintenance n property flips made him stand out.
We liked his work n cost structure so much he is getting the glass tile project next week. I will probably have him do more work for us in future projects
